Also, the reason people have weight problems is because they couple overconsumption with an increasingly sedentary lifestyle, which, in short words, means they EAT TOO MUCH and DON'T GET OFF THEIR FAT ARSES.
If you consume 3000 calories a day but your body only expends 1200 of those calories, that 1800 that is left is going to be stored as fat.
How we can come so far yet fail on this issue when it comes down to basic math that everyone should know is beyond me.
