Half Life 2.

Who.

THE HELL.

Put... that... game...

IN THE POLL?! You should be ashamed.

http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/pc/halflife2

Now. Say it again. Say Half Life 2 has a flaw. 96. From 81 reviews. One of the best PC games ever.
Its as flawed as your arguement, if it had no flaws then it would have got 100%. Also, "one of the best PC games ever" is like saying "Its the best way to get herpes".
First of all, it's "argument".

Also, it doesn't have 100% because it's an average. Out of 81 reviews.

It IS one of the best PC games ever. Seriously, 96%? That's like saying a student with 96% average is not one of the best students, if there are few thousands of other students in a school. And there are no people with 100%. I want to see a person (in high school, of course) with a 96% average out of 81 marks.

And there is no "the best way to get herpes". There are "few of the best ways to get herpes". See the difference? No? I know you don't, not sure even why do I argue with you.

Sorta lost what you were getting at after... well after you started typing, huh? =D
"Not sure even why do I argue with you" It sounded like a question but there wasnt the appropriate punctuation at the end, are you dyslexic? That would explain it.

You really don't understand? It was a statement.

And now I say it the second time - I have no freakin' idea why am I still replying. You didn't bother to answer me if you know anyone with a 96% average.

Face it - HL2 is the best PC game according to Metacritics, and they take in account dozens of reviews. And one of the best PC games in any site/magazine, you name it.*

*- At least country-wide, of course, because I don't care what some school paper says about anything.

I decided, upon principle, to ignore any point you made after you opened your comment with "First of all, it's "argument".". And you did it again "I have no freakin' idea why am I still replying.", what the hell man? Also to answer your question, Out of the Park Baseball 2007 got 96%, Half-Life got 96% (Hmm, Bias much?) and Bioshock got 96% as well.

It bothers me that I love every game on this poll except the two I haven't played, FF7 and Half-Life 2.

I'm afraid I can't vote, because what I've seen and played of FF7 (very early introish parts) seem like it was an amazing game for the time, and what I've seen and played of Half-Life 2 (saw a friend playing, did part of a level) seemed like very solid FPS simply gameplay wise, and I had no idea what was going on with the story which is the biggest part of it so I hear.

I think I have to vote Link to the Past, even though I really really liked that game, because Mario 3 and Sonic 3 are both awesome.

FF7 and Sonic 3 tie for worst in that list.

Why include Half-Life 2 in there? That was a fantastic game and is drastically different from every other game in the list.

Out of the Park Baseball 2007? WOT? This game is so unknown, it's gotten only 5 reviews so far. And it's 2009 already.

It's easier to get a 96% from 5 reviews than 81 reviews. Oh, and Bioshock has half the reviews, too.

Half Life 2.

I don't see the appeal, it's just another shooter, only hardcore fanboys can act like it's the next revolution because you're playing a scraggy scientist as opposed to a space marine.

I'de say Half-Life 2 because it's crap and over-rated
Funny, that's how I would describe FF7.

Come on, your just trying to bait the fans with your anti-FF7 antics. If i wanted to be offensive i would say this to you "Thats how I described your birth, until I realised it was just a turd... Now the only question that needs answering is why did your mother let people rate it?", but i dont... but its definatly something to think about. =D
That's what I would say about FF7. I wasn't trying to make an argument. If I was, I would have made an argument about Half-Life 2. Debating FF7 with fanboys is about as effective as punching a brick wall. It won't accomplish anything.

my least favorite of these games is Half- Life 2. That being said, I spent a whole weekend playing through it on the Orange Box

Oh, how pitiful your actions are. Taking my message out of context by deleting about 85% of my message just to try and support you ban attempt, you kinda undercut your attempt though when you refered to something I said which is non-existence in your quote and people will have to see my original post to see what you are talking about.

You are resorting to back-handed techniques in order to silence any opposing voice, you know who else did that... Hitler and the Nazi's.

I cut out the part I didn't want to comment. You kinda lost the moment you said you are not going to even try arguing with sense.

But now you lost thanks to Godwin's law. Sorry.
