Poll: Who was the best James Bond?

Sean Connery is James Bond, but I've always thought Pierce Brosnan did a good job, too. A lot of the movies that came out between their tenures were fun, but I still can't see the other guys as being quite as "Bond-y" as those two. Still haven't seen Daniel Craig's Bond yet (I know, I'm a bad person), but I've liked him in other stuff (<3 Layer Cake) and could see him doing a pretty decent job...

I sympathise! I have the same dilemma. Brosnan was in my era coz of my age but Connery was so legendary.

I guess it depends on your generation. I know Connery was the best, but I've absolutely LOVED Brosnan's films more.

I have hated EVERY SINGLE ONE OF CRAIG'S. He has the acting emotional talent of a glass of water filled with iodine and pretentiousness.

Although Connery is a close second, I really loved Pierce Brosnan as James Bond. He really felt like the real seductive yet badass spy. I like Daniel Craig as an actor, but he really felt out of place as Bond tho.

My personal favourite is Sean Connery, just 'cause he's made of awesome. ^^

But Pierce Brosnan was really good too.

Although When I was younger, and still sometimes now It's hard to tell them all apart 'cept for Connery (Y'know, cause of the awesome xD)

Craig is pretty good, but this modern, ruthless Bond is a bit strange. So I pick Pierce Brosnan.

I have to go with Daniel Craig, followed closely by Connery.
The reason why Craig comes before Connery?
I just prefer the grittier, less-caricatured portrayal that Craig offers. Connery's version is quite close to this.

I picked Pierce Brosnan because I had James Bond: Nightfire so it just feels right seeing him play him.

1/ he was the biz
2/ Brosnan was alright,but not swarve enough to be bond
3/ laisenbee or however the fuck you spell it only did one film, so you cant class him as bond
4/ Roger moore was okay i guess, but still not Connerys charm
5/ timothy dalton, good bond, films werent as good as connerys

I like this all, but in terms of who is the better bond those are the top 3.
