Poll: Your reloading habits.

I used to reload after every kill but after using guns with large clips got me into the habit of reloading only when I need to I do that instead, no matter what kind of gun I'm using.

I try to do it as often as possiable when safe, but sometimes forget and run into a shit storm, which pisses off my friends alot when I game with them.

I reload all the time, even if I didn't kill anyone with my short bursts I reload anyways. Every gun in any game might as well only have about 5-10 rounds in each clip because I never ever use the rest of them. It's a bad habit.

Whenever I am not shooting. I have to have a full clip.

as soon as I look at the clip... and when I'm playing a game like Ofp:dr on hardcore I count my rounds.. and when I spray a few times i reload... hate getting that 'click' when I'm pointing at something that should die

I reload every time I kill someone even if there is someone else in front of me. Yes, I do die a lot due to my reloading it is force of habit though.

Really obsessively, I hate running around with even a few bullets gone. I like pump shotguns for that reason...

I don't even shoot, I just go around picking up dropped weapons and reloading them!
Actually it's become a habit to reload after every shot, be it hit or miss. (with a sniper)

I almost never reload.

When I'm out of ammo for my primary, I switch to a secondary.
When I run out of ammo for my secondary, I sprint cancel all my reloads until I find a primary off of a dead guy.
When that fails and it's only got 2 or 3 bullets left in the magazine, I go melee.

I know it annoys a lot of my friends when I do this, which is the main reason I do it.

I usually Reload after a kill when it's safe, and usually end up getting killed while reloading.

I reload as soon as I've finished shooting, doesn't matter if i score a kill or completely miss.
I always like to have a full clip for the next encounter, failing that switch to my pistol and blast away.

I'm like that too, its not so much after each kill but after each "shooting session" is done

I reload after every bullet I shoot, I'm paranoid. I also get really pissed when people come over to my house and never reload.

I reload at any tiny chance I get, even if I'm only 1 bullet short.

It's a bad habit I've picked up from Team Fortress 2, but there it's fine because you can interrupt the reload to shoot.

It's bad when I play other shooters where that isn't the case, such as CS:S.

I reload when I know I can't kill a person with the current amount of bullets left in the magazine.

I played a lot of Battlefield 2 back in the day, and in that game, you had magazines.

You start with a few, and everytime you reload, whether or not you fire 1 bullet or 15, every reload uses 1 magazine. and you don't get a lot of magazines.

The only exception is shotguns, where you reload by putting in the shells 1 by 1, in that case I reload whenever I'm able.

Basically, I make my shots count, and reload only when I have to.
