This. The little plague will learn why she should be grateful and may even grow up. If not, the world that she must accept as her own will consume her and life itself will punish her. Kids/Teens like that just really need to get their asses kicked.

lol really? apparently you dont know what weed can actually do to u. It can actually mess u up pretty bad. understandably not as bad as crack or heroine but non the less its pretty bad for you. coffee is good moderately, like one or two cups a day. weed releases a mild for of acid which after prolonged use can lead to brain damage.

proboably you are sick of her atitude, yes?
anyway the reason people are like that is that they feel miserable since they loathe themself and take it out on their family. My point is that if you have nothing to fear it is possiable to break through her "act" or "shell" and get her to open up.

There is a tried and true tool to end conflicts, you declare what you feel when somebody insults you:

When you (lets say) say my shirt looks bad i get sad,angry. . . .etc and then walk away.
It "disarms" the conflict and makes people admire you, since it takes a lot of guts to be that open about your feelings.

So if possiable talk to her, tell her to "shape up", when she retorts/remarks say what you feel, walk away, soon she´l admire ya.

Every family has some sort of unruly teenager, but my cousin has been giving the entire family hell, and no one knows how to deal with her. Everyone in the family just wants to strangle her and lock her up somewhere but she threatens to call the police for child abuse or assault. She is familiar with the police since they did give her a ride to school everyday before she was old enough to drop out, and if she doesn't like how things are going in her house she calls up a friend to pick her up (and even if you take her cell phone because she would just use the home phone). For some reason though, she keeps coming back and her parents can't lock her out unless they disown her, and most parents love their kids so they don't want to do that. furthermore shes an alcoholic and drinks all her parents booze (which is probably why she comes back) and is a druggie (but doesn't use hardcore drugs mainly weed).

Her mom was similar when she was younger so she lets her do whatever she wants even though she is constantly disrespected, hoping one day she she'll have an epiphany.

I say send her to juvie but anyone else have better ideas for getting someone like her under control, or know some law loophole that would let you punish her?

Try talking to her like an adult and if that fails kick her in the chin. (I dislike people who act out, I only know what works with me)

In Vegas, it boils down to child abuse only if they are hit hard enough/so much that there are visible marks or scars. I'd assume this applies in some form wherever you live. So either beat the hell out of her (preferably in the back of the head) and/or kick her out.

I actually had a sister that used to act like this.

It came down to my parents one day just saying "Get your shit, get the fuck out, and never come back"

So she did, and was back in one week, begging for forgiveness. They were very hard on her in the beginning, but then eventually they let her back in, and guess what? She ceased to be a problem. She's only acting that way because she knows she can get away with it. "The child will continue to touch the stove if he never gets burned" as the saying goes.

So give her a dose of reality, best served with ice. Tell her she's welcome to come back any time, but only if she lives under your house, by your rules.

I have a different idea. Go to the hardware store. Buy a shovel. Beat her over the head. That way, she has a headache, and you still have a brand-new shovel. And it's almost non-lethal.

I second this notion, but just to be cruel send her to some really religious place. I'm takin' Real Jesus camp with all that entails, make sure that they got fence and dogs or whatever so she can't run away.

Sorry, but that has to be one of the worst pieces of advice I've ever read on the internet, serious or not.

The Nevada State Gaming Commission has banned strikes to the back of the head in Boxing and MMA, so I doubt you'll get away with performing, what is considered in Nevada and most Martial Arts a killing blow, on a child, despite Vegas' laws on child abuse and visible damage.

There's good reason striking someone in the back of the head is considered a deadly strike and is banned in all combat sports, it's because the 7th cervical vertebrae is easily dislodged by blows to the base of the skull, and can easily result in paralysis or death.

Also the area of the brain at the back of the head is extremely susceptible to damage, and a even a moderate blow can cause damage, resulting in a KO or a coma.

So in summation, never, ever, "beat someone in the back of the head", not unless you want to paralyse, kill or cause them brain damage, and certainly don't do it to a troublesome teen, unless you're prepared to face all the consequences of killing a child.
