Haven't read the rest of the thread past this post and probably never will, but this made me chuckle. Age is a terrible measure of maturity, and there's a vast number of people below the age requirement that will play/be exposed to such content.T5seconds said:but I digress if your old enough to play the Mature rating thats because your MATURE enought to play it and if your parents bought it for you "or the school it dont matter" buys it for you and its above anything than e it means they trust you to be mature enough to handel it
Pardon my bad spelling Etg.
The fact of the matter is, it's the parents' responsibility to ensure either a) their child is not exposed to such things (which in modern society is the closest thing to impossible you'll ever see), or b) to instill morals and values in their children that are strengthened by exposure to such content as opposed to weakened.
My parents, along with most of my friends, went with plan b. Not a single one of us has ever even considered committing an act of unprovoked violence or whatever the dumb ***** is so afraid of.
Long story short: It's the parents, not the game. All that the stupid bint the OP talks about is doing is demonstrating that she has no confidence in her abilities as a parent or role model and is making a subtle request for someone to shoot her.
