bursting in to flames is not an acceptable death, in America people of death row get a better death. Yes it was stupid and dangerous, but i don't think i can judge someone like that, let alone enough to wish that on anybody.

They earned a lot of money or doing that "stupid and unproductive stuff" for the entertainment of others, obviously others like it enough to make them that famous.

He deserved it. All drink drivers do imo, its one think to risk your life, its another to risk other peoples.

I also find this quite stupid, people are mourning the los of a guy who got famous for doing stupid, unproductive shit. Anyone going to post a thread for every dead doctor, nurse, policeman, soldier, etc ?
It was a lot more then "Stupid, unproductive shit". No one did what those guys did at the time, they were just lovable rebels who made us cringe and laugh (for those who watch it)

No one deserves to die like that, its a shame you feel like that.
You say "lovable rebels" I say idiots with too much time on thier hands. Please tell me how they werent stupid anunproductive ?

Yes people do, if you drive while drunk and risk other peoples lives, you deserve to die imo.

Of all the people of the Jackass crew, I always thought he'd outlive them all.

This is devastating to read.

DAmn, he was the only guy in the Jackass crew (that did the jackassed things, not counting the likes of the wildlife expert, he was cool too) that i liked. To hear of his death by something as this is just bad. If he was drinking and driving, it makes it even worse.

I suppose I feel similar to the way I felt when I found out that bin Ladin had been killed. I'm not a fan of celebrating anyone's death, but a Jackass? He was being a jackass, drunk driving, which I'm sure was not incidental in his death.

Too bad it wasn't Steve-O, though.
Seriously? Grow a heart, neither Ryan nor Steve-O deserve to die, what a horrible thing to say!
Everybody deserves to die, dude. It's one of only two experiences (the other being birth) that every human who has ever lived shares.

It's not a happy occasion when someone dies, but to say those two don't deserve death when they've spent most of their adult lives tempting it is a little silly. He's not bin Laden, so it's not a "justice" thing, but he was driving over 100 mph on a narrow highway, drunk. If anyone deserves to die, it's someone who does that. In fact, I'd venture to say he kind of wanted to.

I'm just glad the only people who died were him and the guy who was dumb enough to get in a car with him, instead of him killing someone in another vehicle.

Death isn't sad, people, just the deaths of someone we give a shit about. If all deaths were sad, people all over the world would stop doing anything because they'd be too busy crying about all the people in the world who die on a daily basis.

Oh shit, Ryan Dunn died? Well there's one less person to be in Jackass 4.

No one person ever deserves to die like that. He should of know better... yes, but saying he deserved to die is disrespectful in any regard.

thats pretty heartless, dude. i guarantee there are plenty of people in your life that have driven drunk and made other mistakes. would you be happy if they died too?

Should I even continue to try to explain on a thread for fans of a show that celebrates insipidity? Read the above bolded statements again. In case that isn't clear after being read twice, I am not happy about it.

okay, but you dont care in the slightest bit. you could at least feel that its unfortunate that such a nice guy died, instead of just thinking, "meh"

saying you felt the same exact way about Osama bin Laden's death is just..... wow. i just hope nobody you really like dies from a drug overdose or something. :(
