when i was a kid i used to draw santa a picture every year, he would take them and i would be delighted.
i walked into my moms room one morning, and was looking for something i found a stack of all the pictures i had drawn over the previous years!
She said nothing to cover her shame.
I barely remeber anything else from when i was a kid except finding out that santa wasnt real.

Uhh...it was so long ago I honestly don't even remember. Even though, yeah, a kid's imagination, Santa wasn't one of those childish beliefs that stuck with me for very long. And I don't remember, I think one of the reasons was that my parents didn't really even give a "catch" to try to explain Santa Claus.

In second grade, I thought about it logically. It's really hard to convince other eight year olds that a magic person doesn't exist. Which is odd, considering WHERE THE HELL ARE ALL THE OTHER MAGIC PEOPLE?
Also, wtf is up with the Easter Bunny? I mean, Santa Claus is based on St. Nicolas (at least in name and action), but the Easter Bunny is just an abomination. Rabbits don't lay eggs, people.
