this song is fucking epic. thatnk you for posting it my good chap!
OT. screeaming is an integral part of much of the music i listen to (predominently metal and its sub genres) so im all for a bit of rough vocals.
don't know about you guys but i find it quite relaxing!
I think you would like Attack Attack. They suck too.Mr Pantomime said:I would like to know how people feel about screaming in songs. Do you like it or would it make you dislike the song instantly. Personally, I used to be in the latter a few years ago, and wouldnt touch a song with screaming in it,but my friends and I discovered many great bands that use screaming as part of their songs ie Alesana, A Day To Remember, as they use screaming and singing. Ive even gotten into The Devil Wears Prada, even thought they mostly scream. However, I still cant listen to Suicide Silence or Job For A Cowboy.
So Escapists, whats your view of screaming in music?
don't mean to flame but you are the sort of half witted ass hat that truly irritates me! it is rather difficult to do screaming vocals well in music and just because you don't find it to your taste doesn't immediately make it any less of a skill.Bruin said:If you're that poor of a musician that you resort to screaming instead of using any sort of true vocal talent, you shouldn't be making music.
