The fuck? Why was I sent this?

Today I got a package in the mail, with just my name and address on it no return address. It was a package from the post office (meaning the USPS sent this to me) it was a box full of Flat Rate Medium sized shipping boxes. That I didn't ask for.

Anyone else get weird ass stuff in the mail for no reasonable explanation.

I once recieved a free Granola bar in the mail, from Quaker Oats. Since I was 12, and it was early in the morning, I ran up the street going in everyone's mailbox to get more free samples.. the first one was just too good!

What? No one will miss granola bars they never had!

I keep getting some other dude's mail. No matter how many times I RTS it or leave a note in the box saying "Don't leave me this dude's crap!" it still keeps appearing. Maddening.

Just today, I got a letter addressed to a Mr. Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla. Some car insurance consultation thing, I don't know. The envelope was rather vague, and I didn't want to bother with opening it.

Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla is, of course, an entirely fictional character.

Kind of made me wonder who would take the time to fill out a car insurance consultation form in the name of a person who doesn't exist.
