Being a Handball-Goal-Keeper, the jockstrap saved my balls dozens of times (2 of these it did so getting destroyed in action), but the worst thing happened was me riding my mountain-bike, standing, then the chain broke and i slammed my junk on the top-tube......i lay on the street in agony for at least 15 minutes.
I think I've recently posted it in a very similar thread, but the most horrific thing would be an accute testicular torsion.
I couldn't even think of how to describe the pain, not even in my own language.

I had a circumcision whilst being old enough to be fully aware of what was going on.
It stings worse than an impact wound and the pain lasts for ages.

FIREWORKS
During a fireworks display, one of the rockets came loose from its stand and flew into the crowd and smashed right into my family jewels >_<
Thankfully it then flew upwards and blew up in the sky.......I didn't see this bit as I was currently on the ground cradling my balls in agony.

Oh, I win. Prepare to cringe. Due to my kidneys failing a while back, I had to go through a medical procedure where they...get ready....insert numbing gel in there(there are no words to accurately express what it feels like other then "bizarre" and "unpleasant") and then they...well, they insert a tube. I was supposed to pee into a bag taped to leg for like, 3 weeks, but fortunately the guy doing the catheter (that's what it's called) didn't know what he was doing and it bought me some time to convince the doctors I didn't need it. Which I didn't. Oh, and quick side note: the only way to get rid of the gel is to painfully pee it out later.
The whole thing is quite horrific.

On Topic: I've been bitten there by girls more than once, and in a few cases, kicked there later by the same girls.
The worst that's happened is that me and my boyfriend were play fighting and he pretended to punch me between the legs, but he was a bit too forceful and punched me in the pubic bone.
