Camille rolled her eyes at what Rich was saying, knowing it'd get to Leland. Garrus was about to state his opinion before Camille shot him down, "I don't want to hear anything from you son. No offense, but you're out of this decision."

"So Leland, what will it be?" Camille asked him. Leland was quick to say that he'd like it if everyone could be healed, especially after hearing Katie.
"Everyone? Even knowing who they are and who we are? Taking in all the pros and cons?" she asked, wanting to make sure it was what he wanted. He nodded once more.
"Everyone? Every single one of these people?" This caused him to pause for a second and think about it. He liked everyone for the most part. 'Dona kinda creeps me out, Aaron seems like a bit of a prick, Tommy could be a magic buddy, Simon seems like a cool guy, and of course I love my brother and wouldn't let him die,' Leland thought, 'I like everyone else well enough.'

Then his eyes fell upon Jason. The guy that was with the girl he was smitten by. That kid. That stupid hero. He could easily let him die, and he could simply mind wipe Katie so that she never even remembered that Jason existed. He could erase his existence, that would be an extremely simple task for someone like him. 'Then, maybe then,' Leland thought with a smirk, taking his time to think things through.

Camille was tapping her fingers against her leg and looking around at everyone, waiting as her son took the time to think things over.

Richard could see the way Leland was looking at Jason. He knew he would have to say something to save him.

"Leland, think about this, if you kill Jason, you will be hurting Katie. If you manipulate her in any way, it is not her you are winning, it is a person you have made into a shell. Should you not save Jason and mess with her mind, then you haven't really won her at all; and if you kill him and leave her alone, she will hate you just as much as she would if you let us die. Also be sure to consider the challenge, wouldn't your victory be sweeter if you proved yourself better than Jason? If you save him, you prove you can be far more noble than him and also prove yourself to be willing to put what Katie wants over what you want. Anyone would be hard pressed to find a truer example of chivalry, love, and self sacrifice than that. Imagine how far that one act could go to winning her heart." At this point, all he could do was pray that some point made it through to Leland and convinced him to save every single one of them.

Leland listened to Rich, still taking his time to think about it. "That would make sense. Going the noble route. Then I really would be a knight in shining armor!" Leland said as he bit his lower lip. Everyone had a look of relief at that statement until Leland continued. "Then again last I checked I was on the bad guy side of the spectrum," he said with an evil smirk.

"Well can you please make the decision soon? Everyone is gonna be dead by the time you decide if you continue at this rate," Camille said with annoyance in her voice.

"Leland... please... for me..." Katie murmured before lapsing into another coughing fit. She turned back to the bucket and spat blood into it, wheezing slightly as she breathed. Was it her imagination, or was the room fading to black? She tried to focus on something to keep her awake, and her eyes drifted to Camille. She had an aura of authority around her, like she was used to getting her own way.

"What is evil and what is romantic are two different things Leland. The most evil of men can be the most hopeless of romantics. I know that you are a romantic deep down, or you would have killed Jason and manipulated Katie long ago, but you didn't, because you want her to admit on her own that you are better than Jason, so prove it. Do something for Jason that Jason probably wouldn't do for you and prove you are the better man for her. Or else you were wrong all along and Jason was right, do you honestly want that? Do you want to prove Jason right, because that is what you will do if you let him die now." Richard hoped that this approach would work slightly better than the last one. That a more antagonistic and challenging approach would work.

Leland was silent as he looked at Katie then to Jason.

"Son," Camille started, "It's your decision. Whether you let them influence you or not I'll do what you want."
Leland nodded. In the end, even though it was the tougher route, he let his mother know that he wanted everyone saved.
"There's just some lines I can't cross," he muttered to himself, looking a bit unhappy with his decision but ultimately knowing it was right.

Camille nodded before standing up. "Leland, go and get towels from the laundry room for them. I'll go and get the syringes," she ordered, Leland nodding and quickly walking away before anyone could say anything to him.

Richard let out a sigh of relief as he went back to tending for his teammates.

"Sorry about influencing your son there. Though I don't think you can honestly say that long ago, when you were still apart of the Society yourself, you wouldn't have done anything in your power to save your teammates." Richard said to Camille, trying to at least break the tension he felt that had built up in the room.

"It's fine. I had a feeling he'd do that," Camille said as she came back with a container of syringes. She placed them on the couch, leaning against it as she took one out.

"When it comes to my Society days, well not quite sure if I would do anything to save them. I'd certainly go a ways but I was not too close to the majority of the members," she said.

Aaron awoke again and immediatly headded for his bucket beside him. Though as he leaned over to vomit he fell over and landed headfirst into the bucket himself vomit covering him and the floor. He laid their on the floor almost lifeless with the bucket still seeping vomit on his head.

"I...hate...my...life," Aaron's voiced echoed in the bucket.

The previous conversation had been nothing but a inaudible, disoriented blur for Jason, only confirming that there was a new body and a new voice in the room.

"Criminy you guys, does anyone else get the feeling they've missed something important? I'm totally getting that feeling." He said weakly before turning his head to go into another coughing fit.

Richard pulled Aaron's head out of the bucket and cleaned it off as best he could.

"I don't know my team too well either actually, as hard as that may be to believe. Actually, I was forced into this by Patriot Punch. Who I know was at least a teammate of yours from the files I read. The superhero thing has grown on me though, if only because I know I'm doing more good in the suit than I ever did in the boardroom." Richard said before thinking for a moment over Camille's second comment.

"Even though we don't know each other too well, I like to believe everyone who was in the Society would help a teammate in need. Though I may be wrong considering I think there may be a few members of my team who would leave me dead in a ditch, given the chance. Take him, for example." He gestured to Aaron with an open hand.

"He hasn't liked me since day one, though I can't for the life of me figure out why. Could be my business, the suit, the fact after that first day I started fighting back, who knows. Though I personally know that, no matter how bad our relationship got, I would still pull his ass out of the fire should he need it. I like to believe every Society member held that belief at some point." Richard was silent for a while before lightly chuckling.

"Why am I telling you all this? I mean, you don't care about my personal problems. Then again, that could be exactly why I'm telling you. You're right now the only non-judgmental ear in the room, and I know you don't care one way or the other. Probably makes you perfect for this sort of thing actually." he concluded more to himself than Camille.

"Aww...Rich I didn't know...you felt that way. Your going to make me cry. I would say the same for you but personally I dont like fire," Aaron started to laugh before coughing up some more blood.

"So how much longer until we solve this little problem of ours?" Aaron tried to freeze his hand though he got only as far as his pinky.

"I was always the one that had to listen to everyone else's problems back when I was a member of the Society," Camille said, shooting a disgusted glare at Aaron before adding, "Also, don't talk about Collin in front of me please."

Leland finally came back with about three dozen towels, getting a sigh from his mother before she told him to put them down next to everyone.

"Alright time to get this started before any of you keel over," Camille said as she stood up. She put the syringe into her arm, drawing out blood until it was filled. She kneeled down at Garrus' side and grabbed his arm, putting in the syringe and pushing the blood into his arm. Once she finished with him she continued the process, going to each sick member and injecting them.

"You know what Aaron, fuck you. How about you tell me why in the hell you're such an asshole to me. I actually fucking opened up and tried to be a decent human being, and you fucking mock me for it. This after I have tried to ease your pain as best I could and pulled your head out of a bucket of your own vomit. So either tell me what the hell kind of problem you seem to fucking have with me or I'll just stop helping your ass. I saved your life, I don't need to make you comfortable. You still need to recover, even though you are cured. See how you like dealing with your symptoms for a week or two without me giving you water, trying to cool you down, or pulling your head out of your own bodily fluids. You fucking unbelievable asshole." Richard said with barely restrained rage. It took every ounce of his control not to scream or hit the man in front of him. He decided to focus elsewhere before his last nerve snapped.

"Sorry, Camille, didn't know that was a sore spot. Won't happen again, but you do have an air of neutrality that makes you rather easy to talk to." Richard said to Camille, trying to calm down a bit.

Katie flinched away when Camille approached her with the syringe, not willing to speak for fear of losing her voice completely. Afraid to the point of panicking, she started sweating again. In one insane moment, she thought she could tough it out, she could resist the virus... There had to be another way to cure it. Katie shook her head up at Camille, hoping against all hope that there was another way.

"Oww," Aaron yelled when he got injected with the syringe,"I hate shots."

He then turned to Richard,"I was on the brink of death still cracking jokes and you still have no sense of humor. Why can't you just take a joke. You kind of take things a little bit to seriously man. You know I appreciate all the times you've saved my ass. I would happily return the favor whenever. This is just the way I show my thanks, being with me this long I thought you would have figured it out already."

Camille shook her head at Katie. "It's either I inject it into you or you drink it. And I'm pretty sure you'd prefer the former," she stated, putting the needle into Katie before moving on to the next person.

"Nobody is cured just yet. It'll take me around an hour before you guys are completely cured, and even after that you'll feel under the weather for a couple of days to a week," Camille explained,

"And it's alright. No harm, just try not to do it. Leland, give them the guest rooms over on the second floor, the ones close to your music room. You guys can sleep there, you can also stay here in the living room, go to kitchen, go outside. I'll be watching you and Leland will be basically around you guys at all time. Don't want any of you to snoop around," she said, looking over at Leland who gave her a smile and a nod.

"Yea, sorry I don't get a sarcastic joke, usually used in mocking, when I'm making a serious comment on me having no problem saving your life and mentioning that you seem to have a problem with me. Usually I get you're joking, but that was not the time to be making a sarcastic comment. It comes off as you mocking me for actually opening up, not as a sign you actually give a damn. Your biggest problem is the fact you don't seem to understand your words have a subtext that can be misinterpreted depending on the situation." Richard said, still angry at what he had said. He turned to Camille, slightly taken aback at what she had said.

"Are you sure you wouldn't rather us simply leave after the virus has been eradicated from their bloodstream? I mean, we really wouldn't want to impose upon you or anything. I'm thankful you are willing to allow us to stay on behalf of the group, but I must wonder if you're sure you really want to do something so gracious."

"Well I'm quite certain Leland wouldn't want you to leave, though I can see you guys wanting to get as far away as possible from him. Don't give me that look son. Besides it's not much of a big deal. I live in a resort lodge in the mountains with only two other people, might as well get some use out of it," Camille explained, making sure the syringe was completely empty before throwing it away.

"I honestly don't care about Leland at the moment, he currently seems harmless enough. I'm just not one to wear out a welcome if I can help it. Give them the beds though, I'll take the living room. Going to suck staying in the suit for a week, but I'll live. Thank you." Richard said, moving to sit on the floor, knowing that his suit would be too heavy for a chair or couch.
