"I sure as hell don't have one Darrel, though I plan on buying a few when we get to Azalea." said Gereld as he returned Bubba to his ball and Asked Cindy, whom he had set down "How about you light your back up? I'm sure everyone wants a fire right now." Said Gereld and, when she obliged, he was a little comforted by the warmth and light Cindy provided.
"Don't thank me until you're ok, Jason, this is nothing." She looked back at the others, who were bantering back and forth while occasionally glancing over at her and Jason. She felt her anger rising inside of her as none of them seemed to even acknowledge her request.
She shouted at the others, "Who's gonna get me the stuff I need to clean my hands?!? Come on!"
She looked back at Jason's injury, and there was still a lot of blood coming out, regardless of her efforts to stop it. 'What's wrong....Why isn't this working??'
"Its poisoned Lily... Darrel, I have some Antidote in my bag and I'll get that out." Jason said, letting his pack fall of his back and then reaching into it to grab the antidote he had bought earlier in the day. He had two more in his pack, having spent most of his money on potions, Pokeballs and antidotes.
He handed the antidote to Lily, hoping that she knew what she was doing.
"Yeah, Pooch and I are okay." Sid sniffled. He didn't know what the group's plan was, they had gotten away from the Rockets this time but how long would it be til they came after them again. He sat down with his back against the wall with Pooch at his side and waited.
Nodding grimly, Lily grabbed the antidote and began to shake it. After a few seconds, she stopped, and pointed it at Jason's bloody arm. "Are you ready?" He nodded his head, as sweat started to form on his brow. Lily noticed that all the color had drained from his face at this point. She needed to stop the poison now.
In one swift motion, Lily pulled the cloth away and sprayed the antidote on the source of the blood continuously until the container was empty, then she tossed it aside and reapplied pressure, blood still leaking out.
Jason gritted his teeth, biting back the pain. It had been worse then he'd thought, but he wasn't going to let the pain get the best of him. When it finally stopped stinging, he opened his eyes and looked at Lily.
"Thank you." Jason said, trying to make Lily understand he meant it without actually saying it. Bagon didn't leave Jason's side, instead he curled up next to Jason and watched the others, not letting anyone besides Lily near Jason considering that she had just saved him.
On the road to Azalea Town Eric stopped briefly at the Pokemon center. He let out Dash and Jason, both looked up at him eagerly. They were in good condition and seemed to beam with confidence. Jason swelled his blue body arrogantly but they had become more friendly. At least he didn't soak him anymore.
He called back Jason but left Dash out. Strolling out of the center, he smiled, looking at the sky.
"The trainers on this route weren't that tough... Well, besides those grouchy fishermen."
Dash shivered, remembering the painful Water attacks from earlier that day.
I wonder if those police officers will ever find that...
Dash started to bark unexpectedly. He was excited and kept running forward. He heard shouts of pain and anger. Two men, dressed in black, ran by in the brush in the dark.
"Hey, what's..."
Three huge beasts tore past in pursuit. The pure energy left in their wake made Eric fall over. One stopped and paused, turning to stare at him. Dash's barking stopped. It looked at him with a fiery glare... Suddenly, it seemed to wink at him and it was gone.
"Dash... Was that... Entei? Again?"
Dash barked excitedly. "Who were those others? The library at home only mentioned the beast of fire..."
He shook his head in wonderment. Continuing down the path, he saw the entrance to a cave. "So this is what the nurse was talking about..."
Letting Dash go forward so he could see better, he entered the cave still amazed by what he had just seen moments ago.

Matt had been pacing back and forth for a while, Rojo had fallen back asleep once the excitement died down and Tenshi had since snapped back to normal thinking. Things seem to have eased a bit, but he was still worked up. He heard someone walking into the cave tentatively, and he instantly assumed that it was another Rocket who had escaped from their legendary pursuers and had came back to attack them again. Coming back to finish the job, eh? Well you arent the only ones who set up an ambush... he thought to himself as he quietly headed off towards the source of the noise, he hid behind an outcropping of rock and saw someone walking in. He didnt see either of him but didnt feel like taking a chance.
"Alright then, lets give them a good welcome" he said quietly to his Gligar, ho nodded in understanding before quickly bounding up and launching himself at the trainer, letting out a piercing shriek as it flew at his face.
Once Tenshi landed he clambered off for cover to look for another opening to attack, Rojo had woken up and noticed its master had left and after a bit of wandering the firey chicken had come across him. "Good, now we have him outnumbered" he said as he stepped out from cover to address the unknown trainer.
"Alright then, you may have gotten away before but now..." Matt trailed off as he saw that the new trainer was just what he was, not a rocket. But Matt was still suspicious
"Alright, what do you think your doing here?" He asked, Rojo getting ready to fight while Tenshi was shambling around in the dark ready to spring again.
Rojo was scratching at the ground under her, ready to take Dash on in a fight but Matt was starting to cool down and put two and two together. "Wait, so you arent a...." he groaned at the revelation "[sub]shit[/sub]" he grumbled. "Alright both of you, get back here" Matt called to his two pokemon, Tenshi obliged by clawing up the wall and clambering back to Matt, and Rojo reluctantly calmed down.
"I thought you were another one of the Rockets that attacked us on the path" he admitted. "They were chased off, but this was the only place to go so I didnt know if any of them circled back to finish the job"
Eric called Dash back, lest he launch a fight just because his blood was pumping. He regretted that they weren't going to fight but at least this guy seemed a bit sorry about the ambush.
[sub]His Pokemon did look like they would be a challenge...[/sub]
"Just what it sounds like, members of Team Rocket. I thought they were gone but aparently not, I know they were the ones behind the murder in Violet city, and most likely that attack on New Bark Town a few days ago. We were on our way to Azalea town when they ambushed us, but they were chased off by... and I know for a fact you wont believe this but Suicune Entei and Raikou" he said, knowing he would come off as a lunatic but he already made a bad first impression by attacking him and he couldnt really make things work.
"So with that happening we managed to get away, but one of the people traveling with us got hurt, so we're staying here while he gets better" he said as he looked back to the way he came from.
"By the way, the names Matt, what would yours be?" He asked, trying to move the conversation forward a bit past attacks and legends.
"Eric... well then nice to meet you" he said to his fellow trainer. "And only one day? Well that puts you a about two days behind us, so nothing much to tell so far. But what I can do is bring you back to the others, more the merrier and all that, come on" he said as he turned and started retracing his steps to where they were camping out.
Once he reached back there he rapped his knuckles on the cave wall "Knock Knock, guess who?" He asked, walking into sight. "And I brought along someone new"
Looking at Jason's arm, Lily started to panic even more. Regardless of all her measures she had taken to help Jason, he was still bleeding profusely. Lily could not understand what was wrong, for she had done everything she was supposed to... 'I got rid of the poison, and pressured the wound so as to stop the blood flow... But his artery just keeps pump- No! Artery! Crap! There's a major artery in the arm, the Seviper must have cut it... I've gotta stop it!'
Keeping a hand applying pressure, Lily removed her other, dry sock. 'I've gotta be quick about this, or he won't be able to use his fingers due to lack of blood...' She gently pulled away the blood coated cloth, and wrapped it around the top of Jason's arm incredibly tightly. Moments later, the blood at last stopped flowing out of his arm. Smiling, Lily used her dry sock as a pad on top of his injury after wiping off excess blood. Feeling secure, she unwrapped the makeshift tourniquet, rung out the blood, then tied it to secure the pad to Jason's arm.
Lily let out a deep breath as she sunk against the wall next to Jason, keeping a close eye on his arm. "Now, Jason...You can thank me." She smiled at the boy next to her once again.
Darrel was the first to greet the newcomer, meeting Matt and Eric as they came. He stuck his hand out towards him for a handshake. "Hey. I'm Darrel, nice meeting you." Spike was on his shoulder, but was less focused on the new person than Matt, whom he was glaring at for insulting his trainer.
