Rex looks down at his card for a moment before cracking his neck a few times and walking into the building a few minutes after the man he saw entered. Eh... Brothels still give me the creeps...

Ness nods toward Savranth silently as she continues walking. Looking at Kyosuke, she nods as well. "Indeed they don't." She sighs a bit silently as she notes the tension between Sav and Kyosuke. ...This is going to be a long walk...

As the soldier raised his weapon at him, Envy transformed the tentacle used to kill the other soldier into an axe and in a blindingly fast motion lopped the soldiers hand with the gun off. Using his other tentacle, he pierced the brain of the wounded soldier. Once both were dead, he would pocket the hand and gun of the soldier into the inner side of his uniform.

Kyosuke gave a half-asses shrug at Savranth. "I personally find it amazing that you instantly hate me just upon seeing me."

"But nevertheless Ness, your point is still there. If these people are just mindless tools of war, then it all becomes meaningless. If your going to start a war, then you better make sure that it will not become routine, as to human life being tossed away becomes a commodity. It just becomes... War games. Like a video game in some cases."

Noel led the micro group to find some inexpensive restaurant.

"Very well. We'll return to Lucia." The receptionist said as she led Loki back.

Upon entering the room, she addressed Lucia. "We're back."
"You are? Oh, right... Yes, I saw that display. Not bad. But impractical. You may show yourself out." Lucia replied, one had to wonder if she even paid attention to Loki's display.

Rex would see the man talking to a rather gruff looking blonde individual. Marco
"I'm good for it."
"Bullshit. You don't have the money and I know it. Get out of my respectable establishment."
"You know I could-"
Marco placed a knife to the man's throat. "You'll what?"
"I'll... show myself out..." The man said backing away and passing Rex on his way out the door.
Marco looked at Rex. "What do you want?"

"Um..." Oh screw it. It's worth a shot. "Yes, they may have. Could you tell me how I could get in contact with them? You know, gotta make sure they're the people I'm looking for and all and discuss things with them if they are." Jessica replied to the secretary.

 

[Saltyk]

"Well, it has an address, you could try." The secretary responded. "Let me write it down for you." She says writing down the address for Jessica.

Rex walked up to Marco and showed his card with a slight smirk on his face. Marco's directness made Rex feel a little more comfortable. "How much for alone time with someone? I'm new in town and someone pointed me here."

Ness grits her teeth slightly. "I'm well aware of those who think lives that aren't their own are worth toying with." She sighs again as she lowers her head a bit. "It's.... so depressing... to think like that. You can't trust those in charge if they think that way."

 

[Saltyk]

"I've only heard of one like that..." Savranth states...

Marco looks Rex over. "How much for what?"

"Thank you very much! You've been a great help." Jessica said to the secretary. Once she has done writing down the address, Jessica took the note, saying, "I'll just let you get back to work. Thanks again!" She examined the address that was written down as she exited the building, then started comparing it to her map to see how to get there.

"It is depressing to think there are people who think that human lives are something like toys. The main thing that people can hope for is that one of those experiences obtain a conscious and rebel." Kyosuke lowered his head to Ness, ignoring Savranth for the moment.

This gem held in the scepter holds only a fragment of the Tessaract's potential, yet it is vital to harnessing it. One needs only find the right attunement, and the posibilities are your to grasp. One such posbility I am aware of is that by releasing only a fraction of the energy, one would be able to create gateways between dimensions and travel through them freely. Another such finction is a mundane one, harness the energy, and use it to sustain a civilisation without cost, as the Tessaract is self-sustaining. No doubt there are more options to be discovered, as I have stated, they are infinite."

As the blood from the severed hand seeped out of it, a stain could be seen on Envy's uniform.

Jessica would find that the location was in the South-West of the city (The ? on the map).

Hearing Loki's claim, for the first time, Lucia looked up. "Is that so? Well, where is this Tessaract or Cosmic Cube? Do you have it?"

Rita continued to wander the city

As the stain appeared on the uniform Envy just reformed that part of the uniform so that it appeared fresh, altering the inner layer of the uniform each time blood started to soak into it. He quickly walked away heading to the nearest secluded or shady area where he would be largely overlooked by wandering eyes. He waited for the bodies to be discovered

@Nail, Yes, the clothes are part of his transformations. It's never explained.

Rex sighs a bit as he hears Marco. "...Could you tell me what this respectable establishment deals in?"

Ness looks over at Kyosuke and smiles a bit sadly. "...Yes, that's true. But even with a consciousness, it wouldn't be hard for the controller to beat the rebel back down with scare tactics and false promises. ...Not to mention threatening to have them kill their own." She looks over at Sav with an eyebrow raised. "...Please explain further. Who are you referring to?"

No time to waste. Jessica thought to herself as she went to the address she was given, doing so with quite a noticeable hustle.

"Isn't it obvious?"
