Anik arrived at the north side of the city, where the road outwards started. She sensed Shara far away.

"We overheard some kind of a commotion, yes." the King nodded, then indicated the empty chair. "Please, sit."
"Well, I had the plan to go back to that port city. There is another one of those temples in there, so maybe I can have the questions I wanted to ask about the gods answered there. After that, I want to ask about what's further... North. Or at least, I think it is North", Timea explained. "Last night, I saw fires burning in that direction, and assumed it was from the temple, so I assume similar things are there.

Yeager nodded. "Indeed I am. Sadly, I only have a limited number of the devices which will give you the most significant advantage, vhich is the biggest limitation for vhat I can offer you. Fortunately, the devices are reusable, and can be moved and adjusted to fit your needs. For example, I can use them to aid you with naval combat, then move them to land afterwards. I gave Prince Califorth a small demonstration earlier as to the capabilities, please understand that it is difficult to explain what they can do with words, but here goes. I can give you the power to shatter ranks of soldiers in a single strike. I can give you the power to move ships without the need for wind nor oars. I can even give you the power to strike your enemies cities before they even see your army.

I can build an industry on providing your soldiers with arms and armor unlike anything anyone has ever seen... again, I've shown Prince Califorth this already, but imagine bows that separate into blades, spears that fold into blades, swords and shields that can form into an axe, name it, and I can find a way to build it.

"I just wanted to comment, that the way I use my abilities is through understanding the underlying principles behind them. For instance when I was polarizing my body to absorb the lightning bolt, I have to understand how electric potentials work. Otherwise, I wouldn't know when the lightning would strike. It's a way of training the mind."
