At the lack of a response, EMily decided to improvise.
"I'll take that as a 'no.'" And she quickly charged up to emit a laser cutter from her eyes that would slice off the nub onto her palm. "Pwew, that smells!" Photon, who was doing its best to multitask, slid out a glass slide from the handle from which EMily would squeeze out any fluid from the flower's stem onto it. The glass slide pulled back, and the computer's spectroscope would shine light onto the fluid to figure out if there was any light absorbency spectrum that would match a poison, in addition to any other chemicals.

Robin nodded, then flipped his book open. Settling on a page, he knelt in the sand, levitating the tome next to him at head height so he could double check it. He very carefully and slowly drew a large rune in the sand on the floor, then stood back. "Nobody touch that." He told the others.
EMily would find no traces of poison in the flower. The fluid from the plant smelled fairly sweet, and also glowed, this time a bright yellow. However, there would be no chemicals that would allow the fluid to glow present in it.
Sibylla awoke, uncontrollably laughing at the sensation of being tickled. "Whuhahahah--whut's ha--hahahappening?!" She yelped in between spurts of laughter.
Her snakes were much more obvious in expressing their bewilderment at the situation, flailing about angrily for the moment.

"Good morning, sunshine~! Nap time is over." Timea said playfully, continuing tickling Sibylla for a moment longer, then letting up, and taking a step back, placing her hands on her hips. "Ever so ticklish, aren't we? Didn't expect it of you~"

Robin watched Anik drawing the rune, marvelling that she was copying so well it without seeing it. "Nicely done." He turned to Cybil. "Sounds good to me." He went over to Heno's pack, looking through the groups supplies.
Three hours of walking beneath the hot desert sun makes you very grateful for the simple shawl you are wearing. The journey has left you exhausted, and your head pounds from lack of water. You look around, noting that the area up ahead does not seem quite as bad as the desert behind you. You keep moving, but you look out intently for a source of water, or at least shade.
"This is a Fire rune." Robin told Anik, getting out some rations. "I suggest we eat before you try it, just in case this horribly backfires and burns all our food." He gave Cybil some fruit and meat, then sat down with his own meal.
Shara would find a small hamlet, with a number of horses drinking in a small stable, and a carriage stopped just off the road. The building adjacent to the stable was labeled as an inn, presumably for traders and travelers to rest once they had left the desert.
A small smile crosses your face, though it turns into a grimace at the constant pounding. You head into the inn and practically collapse into a chair. It's at this point that you realise how hot your prosthetic has become and you scramble to get it off, letting it fall to the floor with a clang. You sigh and lean back, grateful for the relatively cool interior.
