Timea was right in being careful with the snakes, as once she brought her hand as close as she was willing, they indeed attempted to snap at her. Afterwards a larger number than average for a single subject dedicated themselves to watching Timea's finger, it being hard to tell if they were actually enraptured by the color, or just eyeing it to see if it would come close enough to attack once again.

"Want to see what's even stranger? Try doing it to yourself, it won't have the same effect as when someone else does it", Timea commented as she moved her colour changing finger about, switching between looking to the snakes, and the doorway. "Although you don't need to worry about my doing it again. Your snakes really didn't take kindly to it. And boundaries have to be respected."
After a moment of her attempt to pacify the snakes with hypnotism, Timea stopped moving the finger, the colour returning to match the rest of Timea's skin tone. She then waited to see what the snakes' reactions would be.

Sibylla poked herself experimentally in the side, fidgeting her fingers about as she had felt Timea do. "Huh, yer right." She said after there was no reaction.

Robin quickly finished his meal, then stood. He looked to Anik. "Whenever you're ready, just say and I'll guide you through it."
Aqua watched out for a bit, then when absolutely nothing happened she walked over to EMily. [color=66CCFF]"Hello... EMily, was it? I hope my friend hasn't caused you to much trouble."[/color] She said, making a brief look at Magic Eye. "Alright. The rune I've given you is for fire magic. We'll start off with the basic Fire spell. Focus for a few seconds to charge up power, then face the rune, cross your arms like this and yell out "Fire"." Robin demonstrated the pose.

"Our bodies use three things: sugars, fats, and proteins. The first two are for energy. While the last two provide structure. There are plenty of other materials involved, but those are the three primary ones. Our bodies cannot generate sugar, but plants can, and so we feed off of those. Our bodies can create fat from sugars, but not so much, and we feed off of other animals and some plants to get that. We are able to create some of the proteins necessary to build our body, but not all of them. So we feed off of animals to get the rest of our proteins."

Anik outstretched her arms, saying: "It might be best you move my arms through these positions, so I can get a feeling for it. Also, is there something special to the focus, or should I just concentrate?"

Aqua tried to follow along with EMily's leason, but got lost in all words and terminology she had never even heard of before. [color=66CCFF]"That seems incredibly complex. I'm impressed that you can even find the focus to talk while concentrating on all this building of fats and pro teams in your bodies."[/color]
"Our bodies do it automatically. My brain isn't thinking about where specific proteins go, it just knows when to eat and how to eat. There are other systems in our bodies that take care of this. But the short version of what I said before is: We need energy and structure, but we need assistance from feeding off of plants and animals to maintain it. Does that help a little more?" She said, tilting her head. "Make sure to ask any questions; I love to explain things."
"Just concentrate. Now hold still for a second..." Robin walked up to Anik, holding her arms and guiding her through the motion of the spell slowly before stepping back behind her. "Alright, give it a try."
