As Cybil got close to the tree, the forest would thin out slightly, creating a slight clearing around the roots of the massive tree. The branches of the tree meant the area was still quite dark, but less so than the rest of the forest. Cybil would be able to see large holes carved into the base of the tree, and in the ground underneath the tree's roots.
The rest of the group would see the same thing when they arrived, though their journey would take a little longer. If they looked up they would see that the tree was, indeed, reaching up above the clouds. Its trunk, and roots, were also incredibly thick, with a diameter wider than that of the Calibeth City crater.

"Not that I remember!" Robin called to Sally, speeding up to keep pace with her.

He entered the clearing with a thud as he tripped on a root and landed on his face, giving a muffled "ow" before getting back up.

 

[Chungus]

"That's right, yes. You got it the down to the fine points", Timea responded, a bit surprised. "Since you did so well, here is the life one. See if you can do it again when your prey is trying to escape", she said, holding out the living bunny to Sibylla, after a small amount of hesitation. The bunny futilely wriggled around in Timea's grip, sweeping its paws around, and making panicked squeeks.

As she held out the bunny to Sibylla, Timea noticed the white rabbit staring at her and Sibylla, setting her gaze upon it, and giving it a curious look. She wondered where the rabbit came from, noticing it wasn't the same as the wild bunnies due to being much more plump then a wild animal would be.

"I'll say, it's like something from a pre war- Wo-"
She was then interupted as she fell onto the ground, tripping on the same root Robin would have fallen on- Which resaulted in him falling on her.
After Robin got off of her, she forced herself up, tapping on her pip-boy for moment, before asking him, "You okay?"

Matilda managed to avoid tripping on the root, her cane tapping against it before her foot reached it. She stepped over the root and said, [color=006d5b]"Maybe I should be leading you guys around."[/color]

"Hey, between talking to him, and this... This whole place, how am I not supposed to be distracted!" she shouted at the blind woman, looking around in sheer awe, "And that tree!-... That tree is just... Big! Bigger than anything I have ever SEEN! I bet Harold's tree Bob would feel jelous!" she shouted- So filled with awe you could probably fill the stomach of a Yao Gui with it.

Robin gave Matilda a "never mention this again" glare, then called up to Cybil. "See anything from up there?"

Robin's glare was completely ineffective due to Matilda being blind. Matilda then stepped past Robin and Sally and said, [color=006d5b]"Well, it's your own fault if you break something."[/color]

 

[Drakmorg]

Cybil laughed to herself as she watched what looked like an opening to a slapstick routine from her perch. [color=9f2089]"Aside from you guys clowning around? Yeah."[/color] She glanced over to the tree once more, then back to her companions. [color=9f2089]"There's a bunch of holes in and around the tree that don't look natural. Maybe those 'elves' or whatever made 'em."[/color] She climbed back down to ground level and approached the Arch-Tree.

"Hawhaw! Ah'm gonna eat'cha!" Sibylla said to the rabbit as she took it from Timea. She snapped its neck without a moment of hesitation. "Now let's do all that other stuff so Ah kin eat already!" She directed at Timea, her tone consisting of 100% excitement, and 0% remorse.

The Gems both entered the clearing without tripping, and Aqua looked at the giant tree with awe.

Due to the group making quite a bit of noise, a pair of humanoid figures with pale white skin and hair had emerged from one of the holes under the tree. They both had tall, slender figures, and hands which had three fingers and a thumb. In their hands were shortbows, made of white wood, that they were aiming towards the group.
Both of them looked around warily, spotting Cybil drop down from the trees. One of the pair approached her, looking at her tail and ears. "I think this one is a Vesh-whatever." he called over to his companion.
"These ones are humans. They don't look Calibethan, except this one." the other elf stated, indicating Robin. "What are you doing in our forest?"

 

[Slenn]

EMily would have her vision set to the infrared to see better in the near dark.

"We're explorers, looking for some answers to questions." She said to the elves.

"We come seeking answers." Robin called to the elves.

 

[Wackymon]

"Hey- least you have cloathing on!" Sally joked to Robin, before pausing, pulling out a makeshift inhaler crafted from an empty nuka-cola bottle, complete with a tinfoil heating element and a hose mouthpiece. She breathes in whatever is in that thing, and sighs, she looks to Robin, "Steady. Calms the nerves."

"Good day to you, we come in peace- We hold no hostility to you, or your brethren. Though I am armed, and ready for combat if you attempt anything on us." she said diplomaticly, surprised by the two newcomers. "As it is, I do not believe you intend any hostilities, and would like to introduce ourselves- I'm Sally, he is Robin, she is EMily, the Vesh-whatever is named Cybil, and the two beings made of light are Aqua and Topaz. We come, as Robin has said, seeking answers to a affliction we suffer- We have fallen into your world by accident, and want to understand why."

It's quite obvious by her tone that she knows what she's doing as she talks, and that this isn't the first time she's had to introduce herself like that. As it is, despite her short posture, she proves to be quite diplomatic in her phrasing, and knows how to talk. On a scale of 1-100 in terms of skill, she would be a 110.

 

[Kirke]

The rabbit thumped the ground, hard enough that if Sibylla and Timea were sensitive to vibrations, they might feel it. Then, with a final glare that looked very angry, the rabbit vanished into the foliage.

You catch up to Alain and Rebecca in time to hear the tail-end of their conversation. You look quizzically to both, but then say that it is probably best to get moving.

The swampy village
The Terminator walked up to the village centre, striking a fearsome figure as it stopped and looked around. It did not seem to care about the twin holes through it's stomach, nor about it's right hand being carried in the left. All three wounds bleed, though not as much as one would expect, and machinery could be seen beneath the flesh. After a moment of observation, it began to speak in a superhumanly loud voice audible through the entire village. "Attention! You will all gather at my location to receive your new orders. Resistance will be fatal."

Aqua quickly turned towards the elves and tried to stand between them and the group. She waited for Sally to finish before she spoke up. [color=66CCFF]"Lower your weapons."[/color] She added.

Topaz summoned a single chakram and begam idly tossing it into the air and catching it. [color=FFCC33]"Yeah, what they said."[/color]

 

[Chungus]

At Sibylla's change in demeanour on killing the bunny, Timea looked on uncomfortably, disturbed by the glee with which it was done. "Let's move out a bit, and we'll get started on that", she said, speaking with a more subdued voice. Then, Timea began moving away, not wanting to go about skinning the bunnies where the parent rabbit and siblings could be watching.

She didn't have tremor sensitivity, and wasn't looking towards the Bunnysher when they angrily left, thus didn't notice their display of anger.

As she walked, Timea eventually said, "... Now, I understand that you're hungry, but you should treat your prey less... voraciously."

Whitewood Forest

"What questions, and why do you think we have answers?" one elf asked, relaxing slightly.
At Aqua's order, and Topaz creating his weapon, the other became even more tense. "Why should we? This is our home you're entering. We have every right to protect it against potential threats."

Village

The townspeople gathered around the Terminator, mostly out of curiosity. It's appearance shocked them, particularly the visible machinery, and they began wondering what exactly this thing was.

Nameless Road

[color=446ccf]"Where are we heading?"[/color] Rebecca asked.

 

[Furioso]

"Yes, trees everywhere, but that doesn't really matter when you're buddies can fly, hm? Let's see if they can scout any signs of civilization." replied Yeager as he retrieved the blastia from the boat.

[color=66CCFF]"Stop that, Topaz."[/color] Aqua demanded, and Topaz actually did unsummon his weapon, though not without a sarcastic eye roll. Aqua turned her attention back to the elves. [color=66CCFF]"We mean no harm unless you give us reason, but I won't have you threaten my friends."[/color]
