The sisters approached the archery range.
<color=green>"I don't know if they know what a gun is if you're planning on using Photon. And I'm pretty sure your laser fire would set fire to the targets." She said with a guilty smile.
"You saying I should just use the bow and arrows? But none of my abilities are based around it."
<color=green>"You could always try shooting the arrows with magnetic fields."
EMily inspected the arrows that were in the quivers for rent to see if they had metal tips.

Robin took three swords, putting one down for himself and passing the others to Cybil and Solaire.
"A sword fight? This should be interesting" the doctor said as he sat down on the ground.

Solaire took a blunted straight sword. "Ah, yes! I had a feeling you were. I imagine our training was quite different, we might learn from dueling each other." Solaire said to Cybil. "But perhaps we should teach Robin some basics first."
Robin picked up his blunted blade. "I actually first arrived here with a sword, though I know not how to use it..." He got into a shaky but ready fighting stance
"It looks like they're metal tipped. I suppose I could throw them with magnetic fields." But she lowered her voice. "But my eyes will glow if I throw them that way, and they don't like sorcery here."

"That sounds like a plan that would very easily backfire."
<color=green>"Just go for the regular bow and arrows then."
"D'oh fine. It'll help with my sharpshooting anyways." She hoisted the necessary equipment onto herself, including the protective pad meant to cover the chest. Once she donned the necessary equipment, she started firing away at the targets.

[color=9f2089]"You guys go ahead and start. I'll be over here."[/color] Cybil said to Robin and Solaire, then meandered on over to EMily and Winona. [color=9f2089]"Hi, I don't think we've been properly introduced and good lord you actually are that small I just thought you were far away."[/color] She said to Winona, her train of thought seeming to derail about halfway through her sentence.
"I'm sure. It keeps my other hand free for spells, and I'm not sure I have the strength to block most attacks anyway."
<color=green>"I'm Winona, sister to EMily, also quite short. A pleasure to meet you. May I ask for your name?" She smiled, turning away from EMily's sharpshooting, which at this point had turned into sniping as she was attempting to hit some of the farthest targets away.
"Very well. My own specialty is with a sword and shield, but I can still teach you the basics." Solaire said. He then proceeded to teach Robin proper straight sword technique, which I can't describe because I don't know it.
Robin fried a few practice thrusts and swings. However his arm was stiff and slow. He ran towards a straw dummy, holding the sword straight at his hip similar to a lance, and managed to pierce through it but had some recoil and trouble extracting the blade.
Cybil stepped right up to Winona, then walked a circle around her to make sure she wasn't just actually still kinda far away. Afterwards she returned to a respectable distance. [color=9f2089]"Oh, uhm, my name's Cybil, nice to meet you too."[/color] She replied, realizing she had gotten distracted. [color=9f2089]"You actually remind me a lot of my sister."[/color] She looked past Winona and over at EMily for a moment. [color=9f2089]"Huh. She seems pretty good at that."[/color]
"Oh... Hmm... That's certainly a... unique style." Solaire told Robin, trying not to offend him. "I think you may need some strength training. Or perhaps a smaller blade, like a dagger?"
"Perhaps. I had never thought of my own swordplay before, I admit." Robin said. "I'd be ready and willing to train more."

Robin tried a few more practice swings. "I usually use a sword similar to this one, though I admit even that is a little hefty for me. Perhaps some weights are a worthy investment." He let go of the sword, holding it with telekenisis instead and trying to swing that way, though that merely resulted in large clumsy swipes.
