Anik, hoping she might have gotten off the hook when she could not talk about it anymore, took some deep breaths after Timea held her other hand.

"Basically ..." she began, hesitantly, "... I was the assassin for a very bad man. I ... knew he was evil. I could not read his heart. But I did what he told me willingly. I thought all of these people deserved what I did to them. I ..." suddenly shivering, she took her hands off Timeas, and brought her arms around herself, trying to give herself more warmth.

"I was involved in a lot of politics. I was the element that nobody thought of ...

It is all messed up! My life was completely messed up!" she called out, louder, not thinking of Hillary at this point.

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:08​

Hearing what Anik said, Timea wasn't too surprised, having expected this was the case since their very first meeting, but wondered just how many people Anik had killed. She felt herself becoming somewhat angry at these thought, and noticing this, put them aside, taking a moment to do so.

After, she said, "that life is behind you, now. You're no longer the same dame as you were, then, not by any stretch."

Hillary would have been keeping herself rather occupied for the time being, but Anik yelling loud enough to recatch Hillary attention made her stop. She hadn't really heard what Anik had said well enough, more just noticing her shouting. She would have come right over, but stopped herself as she was currently made of snow, and Timea's fire was very scary. "Is Anik okay?" She called out from where she was.

 

[Silence]

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:08

"Thank you for saying that. I know it, but you stating it again does make me feel more confident that it does not catch up to me somehow ..." Anik said, quite unsurely. She took off her blindfold immediately after, as bloody tears had already formed under her closed eyelids.

She took another deep breath, putting the blindfold into her lap. "I was sure you would send me away if I told you. I just now thought maybe ..." she smiled, even though she was crying. "I don't even know what to say any more.
...

I know that I will never be this way again. I'm not a blind follower anymore. ... that's a dumb expression." She let out a laugh.

"Easy Cybil. How about we follow the examples of these nations and try to get along?" Robin tried defusing the tension with a bad joke.

Cybil just made a scoffing noise at the scowling soldier. [color=9f2089]"Sorry, it's just surprising me how little a chance of success that actually has of happening."[/color] She commented to Robin.

Seeing Hillary come over, Timea looked to her, and after Hillary called out, answered, "It's fine, Hillary. Anik just needed to get a few things off of her chest." She gave Hillary a reassuring smile, then looked back to Anik.

"Well, this is enough for today. There are still things about your psyche I feel should be discussed, but it's for another day", Timea said softly. "On a closing note; You should never forget what you've done, but it's time you start forgiving yourself."

With that said, Timea leaned closer, and swept Anik's hair aside, lightly nuzzling her neck for a few seconds. After pulling back, Timea, a little more upbeat, said, "now why don't you go give Hillary a hug. She's worried about you."

 

[Silence]

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:08

Anik sniffed, and held herself back from swiping the tears away. "I don't know if I can or even should." She sighed. "It's really enough for today. I have felt better before."

Feeling the nuzzling of her neck, Anik felt blood rise to her cheeks. She let Timea do it, enjoying it, but also wondering why she did it.

"Alright." she said to the suggestion of hugs, smiling. Before she stood up, she created some water with her ring, and used it to roughly clean her face, putting her blindfold back on after.

Then she stood up and turned to Hillary, outstretching her arms. "Come, Hillary!" she said, in an upbeat tone of voice, that just had a hint of sadness in it. "It's hugging time!"

"Alright!" Hillary said excitedly, scooting towards Anik, Timea hopefully giving her some space to not melt her snowy self. Because of her liquid style form, she would make much less noise as she moved across the ground than one would expected. "I hope you feel betters, Anik!" Hillary said as she hugged Anik. She would also climb up Anik's legs somewhat with her mound, which felt a bit like Anik's legs were being covered with snow.

 

[Silence]

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:08

Anik still heard Hillary moving, even if it was more quietly. Hugging Hillary, she noticed her structure. "Yes, I feel much better." Anik said, which was not really true, as she had felt better before the conversation, but she decided not to bother Hillary with it. She hugged her carefully, but firm to hold her up.

"You're made all of snow, Hillary!" Anik said and laughed. "You feel all fluffy!"

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:09

"Ya, I was fighting a rock monster with snowballs!" Hillary giggled, still climbing Anik so that now she was essentially off the ground on her own. It was rather interesting though as now it felt like Anik wasn't just getting hugged by Hillary's arms but her mound too. The result being that even if Anik let go of Hillary now, Hillary would still stay on Anik. Being snow however would make Hillary actually notably lighter than one would have expected, making it rather easy to hold her up.

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:09

"You surely did a good job, because I don't hear a rock monster coming after us!" Anik exclaimed happily. Feeling all hugged made Anik feel really warm inside. She put her head near Hillary's, to snuggle with her a little bit more.

"So you could fight this monster with snowballs while you yourself were made out of snow?" she asked, curiously.

"To Vala, I believe." the soldier replied.

"Ya I made lots of snowballs from the snow on the ground, and threw them at the rock to save my snow buddies, but then we ran out of snow so I had to move everyone!" Hillary replied, implying that she wasn't balling parts of herself to fight the monster, but just regular old snow.

Snuggling up to Hillary would have the obvious effect of Hillary being cold, but she'd be very loose and easy to form, which was only exaggerated when Hillary returned the snuggling and compressed her head into Anik's. "Hehe, this is a good hug~" She laughed.

"And where is Vala from here?"

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:09

"So it took a lot to fight the rock monster? But you did it!" Anik said. "The hugging feels very nice. But a little cold. But mostly nice." She laughed. "This is advanced hugging! If just hugging is not enough, you can snuggle as well!"

Slowly, and kind of unwillingly, she let go of Hillary, thinking it would be time to move on. Noticing Hillary was kind of sticking to her, she laughed again. "My, your snow is perfect for hugging! But, I think we need to get back to the city now. At least after just a second more snuggling."

Having said that, Anik snuggled her head at Hillary's again for a moment, not wanting to let go.

Vala - Day 8 - ???

Lacking anything else to do, Cybil waited patiently and quietly until the meeting between the ambassadors was over.

"We should snuggle more then, cuz I like it!" She smiled. Hillary wouldn't have let go of Anik when she let go of the hug, mostly just because she was latched onto Anik for now, and would hug for a short time after. Hillary however would be the first to end the hug this time however as Anik had wanted them to get moving. Since she still liked the contact though, Hillary would actually climb up a bit higher on Anik's body, now hanging off her shoulder, her body moving through Anik's arms if necessary to do so. "Okay so then we gotta go back this way Anik! That's the way to the city." Hillary informed Anik, leaning in the direction to indicate where they would be going.

 

[Silence]

Utarra Area - Day 9 - 12:09

"Yes, we should." said Anik, also smiling. Feeling Hillary climb up to her shoulder, Anik giggled. "So nice, now I have some eyes on me." she joked. "Alright."

Turning to leave the place, already wanting the first step, Anik remembered: "Oh, wait. I need to get my bag and cane first, I don't think we are coming back here.

Can you move off me for a moment? Then I'll grab them. And then you can climb on me again. It feels really nice and even is helpful." She smiled broadly.
