"Um... Magic. Sorcery. Rituals. Whatever that kind of power is called here." Robin showed the guard one of the books to clarify, pointing out the segment related to manipulating space.

Quan Chi, not yet deterred, tried to locate the more secure, prison-y parts of the city.

"It will feel terrible, but yes. I can go several days of being hungry. Although I have, obviously, never found out just how long", Timea answered, then momentarily paused, to indicate the change in subject.

"Yes, the city is partially built into the mountain, and entirely made out of stone. I suppose this used to be a strategic location for the northern people, presumably from before the time they were assimilated into the empire. Either way, you'll probably be moving on and off fairly steep inclines, so you'll have to mind your step. There are also fires lit in the street, so you'll have to take care your hair doesn't end up fluttering into one." After relaying what she saw, a small smile Timea crept onto Timea's face, then saying, "burned hair smells atrocious, you know?"

"Built into the stone? That sounds quite good for defense. I assume you are right about it being a strategic location. ... Well, if I am let inside, I will be able to deal with steep inclines. And for steps, I have this:" Anik tapped on her cane two times. "But fires ... I hope they have some safety constructions around them." She frowned. "Getting my hair inside one would be an easy thing to accomplish ... I think the best thing will be that I put on the hood while moving through the city. Not ideal, but ... well, better than the stench of burned hair. Because I know that stench quite well.

I don't suppose you see the shrine of Faotar from here? Do you see the entrance to the city?" Anik asked.

"No to the former, yes to the latter. Although unlike the Calibeth temples, the Faotar shrines don't really stand out. Even the interior looked more like a workshop, rather than a place of worship. There might be a symbol near the door, however."

Timea then had the infinite knot symbol appear on her sternum, showing this to Hillary, having it disappear again after this.

"Alright. This road leads straight to the entrance, right? Is it far down? ... And I suppose we can ask about the shrine as well, so this should not be the biggest problem." Anik said. "It will probably take some time, asking for and finding everything. So you can take your time, tomorrow, as well. But for now ... do you see a good spot, where we could rest?"

"It does, yes. We're not all that far from the entrance, but it steeps up, not down", Timea responded, standing up as Anik asked if she saw a place to rest. "I do. But, you are tired, already?" she asked, a little confused, feeling like it was still fairly early in the day.

The guard looked less confused and said, "I think the terms you're looking for are 'sorcery' and 'affinity', respectively."

Quan Chi wouldn't see anything obviously prison-like, but he would locate the northern ward, behind a large stone wall.

Quan found the massive stone wall, musing that if anything interesting was happening, it was probably in there. He looked for an entrance, trying to avoid guards if he could.

"Ah. Alright." Anik said. "Umm ... now that you mention it, I'm really not that tired, we did not walk too long. And the hunt ... well, I think it got more of my mental energy than my physical.
I was just confused because you said it was evening already. I ... don't have the best sense of time.

What do you want to do or talk about until we go to sleep?" she added, smiling.

"They are. But, they were out when we woke up, already. And it looks like they're setting, now. We probably messed up our sleeping patterns ever so badly, yesterday", Timea commented, casting a brief glance up at the sky as she spoke. "it would be best if we don't stay up too much longer, so we get back to a normal rhythm. But for now, would you like to examine the body like I had it while you were preforming your tricks?" she then asked, referring to the draconic-centaur form.

You follow Quan Chi, glancing around at the guards occasionally.

"Oh ... well, my sleeping pattern can't really be fixed anymore, I think." Anik stated jokingly. As Timea said she could examine her body, Aniks face lit up. "Yes, that would be really nice." she said. "I had almost forgotten about it."

"We don't have anyone with those affinities here, that we know of. It's impossible to catch them." the guard stated.

After some time walking alongside the wall, Quan Chi would come across the closed gate, which would have a pair of guards outside it.

"A dame might hope, yes?" Timea joked in turn, although the delivery was still more on the deadpan side than usual.

After saying this, Timea told Anik to follow, moving to the right, away from the road. After a four minute walk, Timea stopped, now some 18 minutes away from the city entrance. There, she looked around once more, just to be sure, then untied the blanket, and changed the lower body into the dragon form. It still didn't have wings, but had a tail. With the lower body being the point of interest, Timea kept her upper body in the default form. Holding the blanket to the chest of which, Timea had it covered again, making it safe for Anik to approach.

"Here we go."

Robin facepalmed internally. "I probably should have expected that..." Robin admitted. "Do you have anyone who's willing to teach?"

Quan noticed the guards outside the entrance. "We may have to dispose of them to get inside." he told Shara.

Following Timea, Anik took off the gloves she had put on for the walk, and prepared herself to examine most of Timeas body with her fingertips.

She clicked to get a rough shape, then first carefully felt the little details in Timeas skin, finding them quite interesting and unusual, having not felt a reptile skin before. After, she traced her fingertips along Timeas whole lower body, feeling the joints and any irregularities more intensely, although keeping her hands away from under the body. After feeling the tail to the tip, she walked back, slightly stroking the dragon body.

"Your true form is a lot bigger and has wings, right?" Anik asked in a hushed tone of voice, as she tried to force herself away from feeling Timeas body, but kept going back to it after just a few seconds of keeping her hands away, not wanting to forget the sensation.
