Anik frowned deeply, saying: "You really think I would have to go without food - for more than four days - at some point? I ... alright, I did not live out in the wilderness, so maybe you are right. Still, I hope that never happens.

Umm ... should I eat more, then, right now? I ... kind of don't like more." She kept on sitting near Timea, thinking and awaiting a response.

"You and me, both", Timea stated, agreeing to wishing there would never be an extended food shortage. "Anyway, if you really don't feel like eating more, then you don't have to. But this is something to keep in mind, now that you have the luxury of abundance. Maybe after we climbed the mountain, you can ate a little more."

Vala - Day 10 - 17:24

One of the guards began searching Shara, confiscating all of her possessions and taking them away. When this was done, Shara would be dragged to a cell.

You wince as you are searched, and curse quietly that you've lost your blaster and ammunition again. That's all the guards could take however, as the control screen on your arm doesn't detach from the suit and Quan Chi did not bother giving you any of your tools. As they prepare to drag you away however, you weakly say; [color=0066cc]"Y'know, I'm gonna need a healer. My ribcage is an absolute mess, and I'm gonna bleed out if something isn't done about that wound in my arm. I made sure not to kill anyone, care to return the favour?"[/color]

OoC: @TrilbyWill: The guards could take her armour-vest as well, come to think of it. Does that count as a possession?

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:03

"Hmm ..." Anik made. "Maybe I can eat a little bit more? I don't know. I would not want to climb with a full stomach, but we have to walk some time to get there, don't we? So ... I'll try it."

With that, Anik stood, and carefully made her way back to the corpse of the caribou, occasionally turning her head back, to wait for a response from Timea.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:03​

"Well, if you don't feel like you have much room, you should wait until we've done some activities, and you have. Like I said, you shouldn't gorge yourself", Timea stated, then let out a soft "hmm", following this up shortly after. "That's my advice."

She put the remaining first half of the heart in her mouth, and chew. Once she swallowed, she said, "So, how are you feeling, Anik? You seem to be doing fairly well. No crying last night, and you slept relatively soundly."

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:03

"I'm just not used to eating until I am full. I just eat until I feel not hungry anymore." Anik stated. "I would not gorge myself." Thinking about it, Anik decided to just take an apple out of her bag, and eat that. As she found her bag again, and felt for an apple, she thought about Timeas question as well.

"I ... don't feel miserable anymore." she stated, finally. "But ... I feel angry all the time. I don't know. At least it is letting me do things, instead of letting me only lament about stuff."

"What are you all angry about?" Timea questioned, having an idea what the answer might be, but wanting to make sure. While waiting for Anik to finish responding to the question, Timea took another bite from the second half of the heart, taking a smaller bite, expecting to speak again, soon.

Taking out an apple, but not yet biting into it, Anik hesitated shortly, then answered: "Everything? About this sorcerer, about Shara being ..., about my own stupidity, about ... I don't know. I'm just angry all the time."

She bit into the apple after, pretty much immediately.

"Beneath the anger, would you say you feel guilty?" Timea asked next, again thinking she already knew the answer.

"We'll get a healer to see to you, as soon as we can." one of the guards stated, as Shara was placed in a cell.

Chewing the apple angrily, Anik said: "Of course. It is a good destraction from feeling only guilty, though."

"I disagree. These are feelings that could easily become destructive, if left to simmer", Timea commented. She picked up a small bit of meat that had been roasting nearby, and bit off a small bit, swallowing after a short amount of chewing. "Of the things you mentioned, what makes you the most and least angry, and what exactly is making you feel like that? I want you to put this into words."

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:04

"Hmm." Anik made, the thought of the anger making her too destructive angering her.

"I ... think I'm most angry at myself right now." she stated. "Earlier it was more angry at Quan Chi, now ... I don't know. Anyways, I'm angry that I can't be like others, that I can't control my feelings, that I overreact all the time, that I can't deal with people for some reason, for what I did ... it's everything mixed. I'm probably the least angry that Shara just vanished with Quan Chi, even though I am still angry at her for that."

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:05​

"Hmm. I see", Timea responded, after Anik finished speaking. She took another small bite from a piece of meat, then laid this down, standing up. "Well, so far, I've shown you how to suppress your anger. This time, I want to do something different, vent it away. Let it all out", she explained. "I want you to think about what you've described now, think back to the moments these cases made you the most angry - pace around during this, if you want. After, take a deep breath, and scream as loud as you can!"

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:05

"Huh?" Anik made, quite surprised. "... alright." she added, after thinking shortly.

She placed the rest of the apple on a safe place near the ground, then got up, and paced around in circles. Thinking back to the situation with Quan Chi, she made herself increasingly more angry, feeling like she could even throw up. Then she took a deep breath and did as Timea had told her, letting out a very loud, and possibly hurtful to some ears, scream.

She held this for nearly a minute, feeling like letting it all out. Then her voice cracked and she stopped.
"I think this was too much." she said hoarsely, then began to laugh and cough slightly.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:06​

Timea stood by as Anik paced, crossing her arm. When Anik began to scream, a small smile forming on her face. "That's it! Get it from deep down in your gut!" she said with something of a growl in her voice, not angry, herself, but more getting swept up in the moment.

When Anik had no more air left in her lungs to scream with, Timea smiled brightly, even as her ears rung a little. "Whoo!" she exclaimed, uncrossing her arms, and bringing a pinky to her ear, sticking it in the concha, and wriggling it about a little. "For someone so small, you got ever the roar in you! How do you feel? Sore throat not withstanding."

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 12:06

After stopping to cough, Anik said, still with a hoarse voice: "I'm not that small! Am I?" she laughed, then answered more: "I think I got much of the anger out of me for right now. It did feel quite good. Only now I can't speak anymore. Ha!"

Vala - Day 10
Being dragged to the cell turns out to be an excruciating ordeal, and when you are put in your cell you have no energy to talk back. Instead, you simply lie on the bed, unable to move and in pain. The armour-vest had helped lessen the pressure on your ribcage, but the guards took it away. You feel somewhat exposed with only your tight protection suit on, and you're thankful that you were allowed to keep your trousers and boots, at least.

"Let's say you have a small frame, and a big presence~" Timea said jokingly, a brighter smile on her face. Sitting down again, she added, "but that's good to hear. Remember it, for the future. It's ever so liberating. Although, I'm sure you understand, it's best done away from other people~"

After, saying this, Timea took another bite of meat. She felt like discussing Anik's emotional state more, but finding Anik's voice had been strained enough, already, let it be, for now. She would continue eating her meal, making general chit-chat in-between bites.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 15:46​

After some three hours and forty minutes later, Timea stood up, stretching her midriff and arms. While the moose would be a bit more than she would have eaten in one go, normally, with her empty stomach, she ate the whole thing, except the antlers, which she found she couldn't eat.

"Ahh, that felt good~" she said, happily. "Okay, let's get going, shall we?"
