"When you say 'like me', what do you mean? The answer is most likely no." Faotar replied. "Though, that is primarily because I do not know what, precisely, you are."

Meltha Area - Day 12 - 22:30

"Very nice." Anik said, her body not very strained yet due to the endurance, but sounding tired nonetheless, mostly because she thought about how she would tell the bad parts of her life to Timea while walking.

"Alright, I'm sure we find a nice spot." she added, thinking Hillary might know what they were looking for from the types of camps they had set up before, and not wanting to needlessly waste Timeas time more, as she heard the stomach rumbling quite clearly.

Together with Hillary, she found a spot near the road, quite close to the spot they had rested in much earlier, protected enough to keep unwanted visitors away. There, she started to prepare the caribou she had dragged for her own dinner, roasted it and set it up nicely, enjoying her meal.

While doing so, she waited for Timea to come back with another catch of her own.

"Creatures, who can alter their appearance like me", Timea simply answered, not planning to reveal what she is. "But yes, I suspected there would be none. Well, that's all, then. It's time for us to leave. Good day."

With this said, Timea turned and left.

Southern Grasslands - Day 12 - 22:45​

After saying goodbye to Anik, Timea turned into her giant falcon form, and flew southwards, not feeling like moving outside the hunting ground she was familiar with, while having an empty stomach. A fifteen minutes flight, and three minute-long search later, Timea spotted a herd of oxen. Flying closer, Timea let out a shriek as a warning sign. While this alerted the herd and caused them to run, it didn't take too much effort for Timea to take down an ox, one on the small size. When trying to grab a second one, however, she failed.

Although disappointed by this, she was glad to catch at least something, even if it would satisfy her hunger, entirely. After paying her silent respects to it, she swooped the body up, and began flying back to her companions.

Meltha Area - Day 12 - 23:03​

Drawing close to Meltha, Timea landed. Having spotted Anik on her way back, Timea began approaching her, dragging the ox along behind her. "I'm back!" she called out.

Before Timea could leave, Faotar would reply, "In that case, I believe there are such beings in this world. I know nothing of them, myself, which I find quite unusual, but I have heard people speak of such creatures. I believe the altering of their appearance is less drastic than yours, however."

As Faotar spoke, Timea didn't walk further, and turned back to face him. She listened attentively, surprised by the answer. "Oh?" She began. "In what general region would these creatures live?"

 

[Silence]

"Welcome back! Did you catch something nice? Anik called back, turning to Timea as she heard her approaching.

 

[Chungus]

Meltha Area - Day 12 - 23:03​

"Well, this one isn't all that big, and I managed to catch only one. But, it's better than nothing, and it'll keep me fed well enough, for now.", Timea answered, as she walked. Stopping a few paces away from Anik, Timea dropped the ox, and approached Anik further, stopping in front of her, and leaning forward.

Snapping her fingers, Timea gave Anik a light poke on her stomach, although firm enough to be felt through the coat. "Did you have a good meal, however~?"

"At this rate, you'll be a better mage than me." Robin said wryly.

After a little while of thinking, Quan Chi spoke. "How much for some water and supplies for the road?"

Anik blushed a little, getting poked, but answered grinning: "I did. I'm not finished completely, though.
... if you don't have enough, feel free to take some more of mine."

"On an island, far to the south of the empire, I believe." Faotar replied.

"Interesting... ", Timea mused aloud, adding asking about the island to the to-do list, if she would ever travel back to the south. "I might look into this, at some point. Thank you for bringing this to my attention." Smiling, she paused briefly. "Well, if there is nothing further, then I'll now see myself out."

Meltha Area - Day 12 - 23:04​

"That's good to hear", Timea responded happily, glad to hear both Anik's answer, and her reaction to Timea's. "I'll take you up on your offer, and will try not to take too much."

Stepping back to the ox, Timea crouched down besides it, and started preparing its meat.

Meltha Area - Day 12 - 23:04

"Alright." Anik said and smiled, not knowing what to say more. As Timea stepped back, she sat down again, to continue her own meal, which was more than she was used to, but she was trying to follow Timeas suggestion of eating more.

Finishing the meal after about 10 minutes more, Anik prepared herself to sleep, while Timea was still working on her own meal.

She woke roughly after 6 hours, her sleep not as deep as it had been the last night, and a little bit more uneasy.

While the conversation between Robin and Cybil was breaking out, a small hole ripped itself open somewhat silently. The only thing heard was a feminine squeak before Cybil's sister suddenly tumbled through... onto her face. Another familiar face popped out and waved before slinking back into the hole as it closed, just as silently as before. A note on Zephyra's back read [color=666666] "Let's not lose your sister next time, yeah? Love, N." [/color]

The blonde catgirl just lied there for a moment, dressed much less provocatively. Still, a little racy, but kids will be kids.

Robin jumped as the blond catgirl apparently flopped out of nowhere, turning to her. He looked her over to make sure she was OK.
