Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:04​

"I smelled you did. But I also picked up that it did little more than getting your heart going", Timea said with a small chuckle, turning off the fire of her blanket, and untying the knot. "But that's not a bad thing to do before the more strenuous work."

Once the knot was untied, Timea held the blanket out to Anik. "Here is the blanket. Oh, and you may wish to take off your dress during this, so it doesn't soak up sweat."

 

[Silence]

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:04

"How can you smell all this?" Anik asked, impressed, but also chuckling. "Well, then give me your best challenge!

Thank you." she said, as she felt for the blanket. She thought for a moment, then nodded and followed Timeas suggestion, and took off the dress, laying it next to her on the ground. After, she wrapped the blanket around her naked body, activated it, and got down on the ground, so as to be able to do push.ups.

"I am ready." she announced. "Give me your best!"

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:05​

In the time time Anik wrapped the blanket around herself, Timea blew puffs of condensed air, trying to get various shapes with them, and not being very effective at this. When she started to wonder what caused the condensed air, Anik finished.

"Be careful what you wish for", she said with a snicker, and crouched down besides Anik. Shifting the weight in her arm so that it was 70kg, Timea placed it on Anik's back. While standing by, she said, "to answer your question; The pores of your open more as you become more active, and you start to produce sweat, to help your body cool down. You had this, telling me you've been active. But, you didn't produce enough sweat where it would be visible, telling me you haven't really been pushed."

 

[Silence]

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:05

"Seeing is cheating." Anik said jokingly, and laughed. "You had to know all this just by smelling!"

With that, she began doing the push-ups, feeling the strain in her muscles soon enough. After about 30 push-ups, she was already sweating heavily, the flaming blanket not helping matters. She did lie down on her belly, panting and saying: "I ... think this is enough push-ups. Just let me turn, now, so I can do the other things."

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:08​

"Well, I could've smelled it, all the same", Timea lightheartedly retorted, while Anik worked.

When Anik finished three minutes later, Timea pulled her arm back. "You didn't push yourself excessively, like the last time, in Utarra. That's good", she commented. "It's no good if you push so much, you can barely move, later. As I'm sure you've noticed."

Vala - Day 11 - 10:15

Cybil braced herself for the incoming dive-hug and took it like a champ, swinging Zephy around until the momentum was cancelled. [color=9f2089]"Good seeing you again too."[/color] She smiled as she returned the hug.

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:08

"Yes. I don't do that training in anger, right now." Anik answered. "And ... I'm not trying to hurt myself while doing it this time. So ... I am trying to do it to the best of my abilities. Enough to strain me, but not overdoing it."

With that, she turned on her back, and prepared herself to do sit-ups, waiting for Timea to place her arm on her chest, to do it more profoundly.

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:08​

"Good. I do doubt pushing yourself to your limits and beyond like that is very healthy."

Scooting behind Anik, without bothering to stand up, Timea shifted the weight in her both arms, so both weighed around 25kg. She then laid her arms over Anik's shoulders, keeping the hands above the collarbone. "Tell me if the weight needs to be changed."

 

[Silence]

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:08

"I will." Anik responded. She started doing the sit-ups, and said, after she had done a few: "The weight is perfect. I'll keep going."

When she had done around 30, she stopped with this as well, smiled, and said: "Alright, this is this part done. Now, on to ... I just had an idea: Do you think I could try to weight-lift your arms?"

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:10​

"Hmm. Possibly?" Timea responded, sounding a little unsure. Pulling her arms back, she thought for a moment, glancing up to the sky as she did. "I suppose it would depend on what kind of movement you want to do. What did you have in mind?"

Vala - Day 11, 10:15

[color=46e16f] "I'm happy to see you're alright." [/color] Zephy purred out for a moment before letting her sister go. She'd instantly fell back into that cool persona now, lightly fanning herself. [color=46e16f] "So... what's the next step, dear sister? What conflict are we trying to subdue next?" [/color] She still had no clue about the note taped to her back.

 

[Silence]

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:10

"Something like this?" Anik asked, and tried to show the motion, pushing her arms in the air like someone would lift lighter weights. "This should strengthen the arms quite a bit."

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:10​

Timea followed Anik's movements with her eyes. "Hmm. With the height difference between us, this should be possible, yes." She confirmed.

Timea then made her forearms shorter, and shifter to mass that piled up because of this closer to the wrist, to make for better balance. She then changed the weight to 20kg, each. After, she stood up, and held her arms out towards Anik. "Okay, then. Whenever you're ready."

 

[Silence]

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:10

Anik felt for Timeas arms, finally gripping them, and trying out pushing them up a few times. She then got in a better stance, and started to do some more.

After about ten, she said: "I think you can make them heavier."

Standing by, Timea looked down to Anik, noting the minimal strain in Anik's arms. About to mention it, Anik beat her to it. "I thought as much." Thinking it could do with a fair increase, Timea brought the weight up to 35. "How about this?"

"The next matter is more personal." Robin said, not mentioning the note in case it embarrassed her.

Meltha Area - Day 13 - 10:12

"Feels good." Anik said, before continuing. Even though she at first did not have much problems either, the strain soon was noticeable. Still, Anik pushed on, until she felt it was too much, without forcing it.

After about 40 of these, she let go of TImeas arms, and let her own drop to the side. She smiled: "That was good. Now, I think for the last thing, the squats."

Saying this, she prepared herself to do these, then waited for Timea to put her arms on her bare shoulders.

[color=9f2089]"Hang on."[/color] Noticing Zephy had a note stuck to her back while they were hugging, Cybil stepped towards Zephy, reached around her, and plucked the note off her back. She read the note, making a pouting face as she did, and stuffed it in her pocket.

[color=9f2089]"Aaanywaay, recently this town got attacked by some bald, teleporting nut-job with a bunch of bad tattoos, and some kind of weird, unwilling accomplice of his. The bald freak escaped, but we caught his minion. Since he can teleport, trying to chase him down and catch him will only be a huge waste of time, so we're stuck waiting here until he makes a move to try and spring his friend."[/color] She explained to Zephy.

"Okay then~"

Though doing it more slowly this time, starting the rappid changes in shape and mass uncomfortable, Timea reverted her arms back to their usual length, while increasing the weight to 55kg, each. Shortly after, she changed her own height to be closer to Anik's. With this done, Timea laid her forearms on Anik's shoulders.

Zephy paused for a moment as she noticed the note. Given how Cybil pouted, she could already sort of tell what was on it.

She listened patiently for a moment, fanning herself all the while. [color=46e16f] "So that means no one's been able to get anything about the bald one's habits from the minion... I see." [/color] She paused for another moment before closing the fan with a little clap. [color=46e16f] "I doubt this place has trackers either... But couldn't we ferry the minion around? At the very least, we'd avoid doing more... collateral damage if the baldie returns when we're on the road." [/color]
