"I really hope the sun does come back tomorrow, then ..." Anik said.

She was quiet for a while, then asked: "You said you already had a camp in the mountains in the south? What was that like?"

Vala Area - Day 15 - 15:44​

"You and me both", Timea agreed. In the time Anik was quiet, Timea finished the last bit of one donkey, then began eating an organ from the other. When Anik spoke, Timea hummed to announce her mouth was full, swallowing a moment later, then answered. "It was a platform, a little on the small side but all of us could fit on it. It was easy to access; just needing a short climb to reach, and offered adequate protection from any storms that might happen", she explained, then chuckled a little. "I prefer a cave, but this was the next best thing."

Vala Area - Day 15 - 15:44

"A platform?" Anik asked back. "How does that protect from storms? And ... I guess I could live there, but I would have to be really careful. I would prefer a cave, too." she chuckled as well.

She was quiet for some time, then asked: "Do you see any fruits around here?"

Vala Area - Day 15 - 15:44​

"Well, it's high up. And the higher up it goes, the more power a sandstorm loses. Plus, the mountain itself would provide cover to any winds, except from the west", Timea answered, before Anik was quiet, and eating more during it.

When Anik asked her second question, Timea let out a "hmm-uhmm", before swallowing. "No. There are no fruit-bearing plants in the desert. In fact, there are hardly any plants, at all."

Jantra was quite taken aback from what Cybil said. "You want to torture him? I thought he was the evil one, not us."

[color=9f2089]"It was a joke."[/color] Cybil dryly replied to Jantra. She sighed and walked out.

Anik frowned a little. "I did not buy anything in the city. But I feel like I should not just eat meat, the whole time. How ... how can I fix this problem?"

"Oh, sorry, I'm bad at catching jokes. I didn't mean to offend or... sorry..." Jantra replied, gradually getting quieter as Cybil walked away.

Since Cybil had apparently been told Anik had came by and also where she was going, she went out to meet her for lack of anything else to do.

Sensing Cybil approach, Anik needed a little bit of time to realize it was her, as her heart had changed quite a bit. She slightly frowned about this, but went out to meet her, as Timea was still busy with eating her meal.

Not knowing if she should hug Cybil as a way of greeting, Anik did not do so, yet. Instead she said: "Cybil? I was told you were busy in the northern ward, and they would not let me in." She smiled: "It is nice that you came after me.
How ... are you?"

"We still need to try and figure out what he was planning. And we know he has people working for him, they may try to carry out his orders."

"Right, right..." Jantra stared at Quan as he tried to think of how to interrogate him, and if he even wanted to.

Vala Area - Day 15 - 15:45​

"Well, the best thing that could be done about this is that we head north again, later today. If we run the distance, we'll be there and back very quickly. And this way, we'll get the running training in, while we're at it. So we'll work on two things, in one going", Timea suggest. "What do you say to that?"

Mountain Camp - Day 11
You sense the incoming danger, and you slash your sword around in a circle to deflect the ice spike. However, your timing is off, and so the sword hits nothing but air while the spike smashes into your thigh. It doesn't have quite the strength to penetrate the stab-resistant trousers you wear, but it still hurts like all hell. You keep moving forward, limping slightly. When you get close, you hack viciously at the sorcerer's neck, taking out your pain and anger on him.

OoC: I'm basing the assumption on the spike's strength and sharpness on regular ice. If it's magical ice that is as strong as metal well then it'll pierce quite easily.

Anik was happy about this suggestion. "Yes, if I can hold on to something ... this does sound really good. What fruits were there, north from here?"

Robin stayed silent, scanning Quan Chi via intense staring.

Camp, day 11
The ice was deflected easily, allowing Shara to walk up and slice. The mage dodged but didn't quite make it, with Shara leaving a weeping Gash along his torso. Behind her, an archer knocked and fired an arrow, aiming for her back.
