Ella shook her head. "Nah, I'll be alright." She then talked to the leader of the ETR squad, and the ranking officer of the local police when they showed up. After a bit of discussion, the three of them decided that Anik had to be arrested, though none of them knew exactly what to do with her. Viyang, too, would be arrested for her role in bringing Anik to White.
Then, Ella walked up to Anik while the ETR team left. The regular police instead stood around to keep the peace as Ella said to Anik; "Anik, I'm sorry but we're going to have to arrest you. Normal policy is to extradite extradimensional criminals to their home dimension, but with the stunt 'White' pulled, I don't think that's going to happen." She sighed, and added; "This is going to get political, so I really have no idea what will be the end result."

Whatever officer attempted to arrest Viyang would find that her skin crackled with electricity, not enough to harm anyone, but enough to cause a few stings. Viyang's eyes would spark wildly and emit an intense purple glow, and they focused on Ella. Approaching an officer that was free, Kuki stopped close by, and looked up, saying,

"excuse me?"After telling Anik her rights, Ella turned to Viyang and said; "There's nothing wrong with helping the police capture a suspect, we call that a citizen's arrest. Thing is, you weren't helping the police. You handed Anik over to somebody who herself was actively in combat with a cop. That's why you're being arrested, for the crime of kidnapping. Please don't try to resist, that will only make things worse for you." Ella then looked over at Lambda and nodded, walking over to her.
