What if the first aliens we meet are exactly like us

A bunch of scientists would start dissecting them, the aliens would cotton on and start intergalactic war.

Nevermind the fact that they are supposed to be exactly like us, and only one side needs to declare a war to get the ball rolling. Basically, the odds of a war are pretty big, really.
Though, to be exactly like our world, they'd need to have had the same leaders(if equal countries), same religious figures, hell, same planetary, nay, solar setup.
I mean, what if they're from a system with 5 planets? That's the Greek and Roman religious pantheons fucked right there. When those are messed up, it's already pretty impossible for them to advance just like us. Constellations also played a big part in early religions.
The only way I could see this happen is alternate dimensions, but then they're not really aliens.

What are the fuckin odds of that??? Now i guess technically it is possible taht another species evolved in a pretty much the same way. But meeting them...........after millions of years if we colopnize space and invent tech like in Star Trek or any other Sci-Fi then ok....maybe we will eventually end up seeing us somewhere...
But cmon first contact....thatd suck.
And ill be freaked out if i cant tell the difference...what if they can tell each other? what if they wanna kill us....enslave...thats gona be a major shit for us.

Just for a minute... I would start being religious... And then I would toss that away again and think about other theories such as alternative universes. You know, the theories about multiverses, that there is a universe for every option and outcome.
A funny thing to think about, then timetravel could accturally be possible, with an eliminated possibillity of screwing your own time over, as you would be visiting an alternative universe insted of your own.
