I've got one. I made this kid on my street drink pee in a cup and told him it was lemonade :3.

He did say it was some good lemonade, true story. I don't feel a bit guilty though.

I once told a girl that I thought her [dead] boyfriend was a cocksucking douche bag and that he deserved to get hit by a train and die. (Which he did.) Then she started crying, and my friends and I had a discussion on how soon I would see him in hell.

Me and some mates goaded a kid with learning difficulties into fighting his mate when we were in secondary school. We also used to pick on some of the lamer kids from the lower years, pretty much just joking at their expense and chipping away at their self esteem. I dont regret it,it was fucking funny.

edit:that last bit actually sounds worse than it was,it wasnt consistant abuse like we were making these kids lives hell or anything,it only happened a few times in our last year. These kids were so lame though,we couldnt resist.
So you pick on a disable kid and his friend and cause them to do even more damage to themselves, and you don't feel bad, at all? Because you found it hilarious?

I have a few choice words to say but I won't.

OT: I kicked my girlfriend's dog, damn chiahouha wouldn't stop nipping at me.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Im not sure how high on the cruel scale these really go but there are some of the only things in my past that still bug me. back in 6th grade there was this boy that was smaller then everyone else and he got picked on alot and I joined in on that, Im not really sure why I did especially since at the start of the year before he started getting picked on we were... sorta kinda friends I suppose, but as the picking on got worse I joined in, still not sure why, probably had something to do with how easy he would cry but I wouldnt mind apologizing to him, for whatever good that would do, we were pretty nasty to him.

The other one had to deal with this hispanic kid to who lived down the street from me, we were kinda friends as much as a 12 year old and a 7 year old can really be I suppose (considering that friendship between ages for males tends to be the older one using the younger more then anything) anyway one day he came by and really wanted me to come to his house and play his sega, I had just got a new pc game and wanted to play it so I told him that my mom didnt like me going to his house since his dad had been in prison or something, for some reason at the time I thought I remembered my mom saying it but more likely she was concerned about me going places without telling her, either way I never talked to him again. Kinda wish I had

Kids are jackasses, or to quote cowboy bebop "nothing is crueler then the mind of a child"

I banged a 47 year old, and then her 21 year old daughter, then the mother again, and then I left a note on each of their cars detailing my perfidy. I specifically mentioned that I hadn't had time to wash up in between them, and they'd both given me head, and done other... less clean things.

Other than that, I'm picked up women for one night stands, and they've decided there was a relationship, and I proceeded to ignore their phone calls and ignorant messages.

The best thing I was peripherally involved in was when an old roommate got a one night stand to leave our apartment by telling her that he was taking a shower, there was bus-fare on the kitchen counter for her, and she needed to be gone by the time he'd washed the smell of her off. I fucking near died laughing, listening to her squalling and howling at him.

And yes, I know I'm going to hell, so don't dwell on it too much. I'm a bad person. We all know this, and I've decided to accept my inner asshole and enjoy my life.

I paid a 9 year-old kid a dollar to jump off the third floor to dunk a basketball (don't worry, he didn't die)

There was a mouse in our (closed for Autumn at the time) pool when I was 11 or 12. It was trying to get out, so I got a shovel and picked it up.

Then I dumped it back in.

Repeat 4-5 times until it drowned. I felt like a guilty cat. I was just playing with it, I didn't mean for it to die!

Wow... some of you people are twisted...

OT: I pulled a shotgun on some door to door Mormons because they kept coming to my house after I told them not to. Later that week I saw them in a restaurant but ignored them. When I went to pay my bill the cashier said that the Mormons had taken care of it for me. I felt bad.

I've done that to a few folk, before. I have pics on my cell, I'll show you them some time.

OP: I've dealt out a great deal of cruelty in my two decades of existence. My worst act being a matter of perspective or hilarity. It could be the psyching out of competition in extracurricular drama assignments. It could be the needless hammering I subjected folk in my English class to whilst they presented their books in an attempt to lower their grade for the fun of it. It could be the one time my friend accidentally killed a toad that I promptly picked up and used as a crude puppet to make light of its demise. Or when I created a song for the twisted snowmen the lifeskills(Mentally handicapped) department in my high school made("downsy the snowman").

Not exactly cruel, but I convinced a third grader (who was/is a vegan) that PETA stands for people eating tasty animals. I said this as he was saying that PETA was everything good in the world and would never hurt anything.
In video games, I was playing Republic Commando. One guy was annoyed we were killing him with "noob weapons" and started trying to hack. He (somehow) got a virus on my computer (yay for anti-virus infection notices) that started an infestation of pop-ups and lag. I sent it back. With a trojan I had captured earlier.
EDIT: That might need explanation. I was bored on my computer and my anti-virus scan picked up a trojan. Instead of deleting it, I "captured" it before the scan could get fully delete it. I had a functioning trojan saved on my desktop, and just thought why the hell not.

Well, while not intentionally cruel, being Cold, Jaded, Cynical, Blunt, Logical, Narcissistic, etc, does lead to some rather... Interesting moments?

Told a girl who I'd been having semi regular sex with (who was trying to turn it into something more serious) that I was way out of her league, to make her leave me be. I worded it in a really condescending (and rude) way to really get the point across, which obviously makes it worse. I was drunk, so I wouldn't have said it (in any way, politely hinted at or rudely) if I had complete control of my faculties. I suppose I should add that she was a really nice girl, she was just unattractive. I also believe it's true.

I intentionally drove my car through a huge puddle that had formed because of a failing manhole and didn't notice until it was to late that I covered this woman with a pram with a huge wave of muddy water...

I couldn't bring myself to stop. The guilt...
