Tales of Vesperia (PAL) for 90$. Now, you may read that and think "hey, that's very expensive", but realize that this was very recently, and the game has become surprisingly hard to find (online) lately.
I checked literally every online video game store in my country (Norway), then a ton of stores in the UK (where it was priced between 140$ and 325$, as well as refusing to ship internationally), before finally checking eBay and getting it for the price I mentioned.
I have absolutely no idea why this was so difficult. This game was released two years ago, what the hell happened?
The NTSC version, of course, is available for 25$ new. Why oh fucking why is the 360 region-locked?

Wha- seriously?!
PAL-region, Belgian guy here, recently bought Tales of Vesperia for 29,95 EUR, nothing to it.
As for other great deals I had: recently there was both a huge sale in the local game shop AND the nearby video store closed it doors, which meant another huge sale.
For about 50 EUR I got about 15 old school PS2-titles (Second Sight, God Hand, Alien Hominid, ...). I also took the opportunity to buy a back-up of the cult-classic Rez. I already had it, but since it's fairly rare got and cheap as hell, I thought: "Why not?" Also, Lost Odyssey for 15 EUR. Again, I already had it, but when I saw this whole basket full of Lost Odyssey games, I just couldn't resist. You never know when one of those four discs ends up getting scratched.
Furthermore:
- Mad World for 6,95
- Bioshock 2 Collector's Edition for 20
- Condemned 2 for 9,95
- Fallout 3 GOTY for 21,95
- All the 'not for resale' copies I got for free when reviewing games
