Ocarina of Time, hands down. No game will ever be able to match the memories I have of this game. It was the biggest adventure game ever made when it first came out, and it was just so fun to play that I never wanted to stop. To this date, no game has ever come close to hitting the high levels of enjoyment I got out of OoT.

It's a tie between G.R.A.W. 2 and Morrowind. Morrowind cause its so immersive and I've sunk hours upon hours into it and it never gets old. G.R.A.W. 2 cause its just so fun. the first helicopter level is my all time favorite vehicle level.

I guess if I would have to go on what games I've played for the most hours combined... It narrows down to WoW or TF2... and of those two the answer is simple: TF2.

If I go by what games I have the fondest memories of it would be Curse of Monkey Island or Suikoden 2 though =)

Maybe I'm blinded by nostalgia since my favourite of all time is pretty old, but:
The Secret of Monkey Island!

with the first part of the X-Com-series as close second.

Unfortunately, Legend of Mana. And I don't own it.
My dad loaned a friend Harvest Moon for a while, and in return, we were loaned Legend of Mana. I instantly fell in love with the game and the mechanics of, especially the create-your-own-magic-intrument segment and the pets.
I find it outrageously unfair that I have to pay $50-$150 for a game from someone's collection that I only want to play.

It's not the greatest game ever, but Splatterhouse 2 on the Mega Drive/Genesis will always have it's own special, blood-drenched place in my heart.

I know exactly what you're talking about. When I first played Ocarina of Time, I was enthralled. From beginning to end. No game since has been able to reproduce the feelings I experienced when playing that game. Twilight Princess came close, but didn't quite do it for me.

You do realize funorb is made by Jagex who also made Runescape and that game mentions the name Glienor (spelling?) which is the setting for Runescape. Oh man, why do I know that...

I LOVED Red Dead Revolver and (obvious certain Zelda choice aside) the Orange Box AND MGS1 and MGS3. MGS 1 had some really cool bosses and a unique storyline that I had never seen before (I just played it a few months ago lol) and MGS3 was like playing a James Bond movie. That game left feeling sad and depressed that I wouldn't ever be able to enjoy a sequel:( Red Dead Revolver was really cool because of western setting which still sets it apart from damn near every other game out right now ('cept you Gun). Orange Box... well... Portal... do I need to go on? Let's just say if it only had portal I would have paid more than 60 dollars for it, and then it also comes with Team Fortress 2? Yea... this may have perhaps been the best way I could ever have spent thirty dollars.

Oh all right. Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time OF COURSE. God I fucking loved those games...

I'm very surprised hardly anyone mentions STARCRAFT. The game is top-notch both played in single-player and multiplayer.

Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

I certainly didn't spend over 100 hours on this game because I hate it
