I played ME2 and couldn't finish it, mostly because the combat became such dross after I got the armor-piercing upgrade for the sub-machine gun,(I still question why bioware would do such a thing, effectively turning the sub-machine guns into an oh-fuck-it button.) and because the pink floaty alien things in the index aren't allowed to be kept as pets, an obvious bug, or a design choice so poor that a caterpillar could be considered as a vast improvement over which dimwit made it.
Anywho, whenever I thought about ME2 I eventually wanted to finish it, for closures sake. I then found out that the ending had a suicide mission in which several characters could die. I thought this would be a good chance to thin down my character rooster, due to most of them either being idiots who can't be bothered to list there next of kin in the application form, part of the previous game and constantly making references I don't get and not making any attempt to develop, or have personalities comparable to that of a brick . I thinned it down to whoever I thought should be spared from the horrible decision making of Commander Sheep Shepard, and I immediately thought Jack, mostly because she was the center of my favorite mission, the prison. I also thought of Mordin. The drone(brick), Mandibles(previous game), Covergirl(thanks for telling me you had a sister), Eddie Murphy(application forms should be filled out), Whatitsface(brick), The Scantily Clad Smurf(brick), GodzillaSuit(application form blank in some areas), and Masked Bisexual(part of previous game) will all die.
The result? Turns out making people die was easier than expected, as Mordin died anyway. leaving Jack, which is a pretty negative result, if you ask me.
