I am disagreeing on the awesome lyrics of Muse theory. But their Guitar rifts are pretty cool.

The love for Muse per se doesn't entirely confuse me, but the people who love their current stuff (last two albums, really) but dismiss what they did before... that confuses the hell outta me. Showbiz was awesome and Origin Of Symmetry is pure Muse at their very best, everything since has been a pale imitation.
That said, I can't say I'm entirely surprised - I know a lot of people who'd never even heard of them before they appeared in Guitar Hero 3.

The word "awsome" are entitled to bands like Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix but that doesn't take away the fact that Muse are a great band. Not awsome, just great.Fumbles said:

I dont mind people having their opinion, but when the dig on a band just because people like them, then that is dumb. you dont have to listen to them if you dont like them but all i ask is that yoy dislike the corporate music whores who are ruining the music industry, and Muse really arent them

They're catchy for what they are.
I'm more of a Bach/Sintra/Armstrong/Miller/The Jam kinda man, but I do love Muse. Going to see them in Birmingham!!

Placebo have a shit vocalist,yet they get buttlicked by thousands.
Muse are in fact innovative in their work,they deserve the praise they get.
I wouldn't however,claim for them to be the best thing since sliced bread.

I am not such a fan of Muse. They just don't do anything for me. I also am not a fan of The Beatles.
