Than Faraja you only got a few options man. Sticking by friends to figure out the option best for you is my advice
I've tried that, man, but it hasn't worked; so I guess I'm on my own.rbstewart7263 said:Than Faraja you only got a few options man. Sticking by friends to figure out the option best for you is my advice
Your first post does seem to imply all such reasons are merely excuses, though.darlarosa said:The thing that gets me though is its not always a "failing", sometimes people go around making excuses when the reason something didn't work out was that they just weren't compatible on a deeper level. Of course there are reasons. I think people need to stop acting like excuses and reasons are the same. People feel the need to save face, though. It's a cultural thing. Though when it gets to whining, it gets particularly annoying. "Oh, why can't I find a girl? They only like bad boys and I'm nice!"
So yeah, somewhat agreed, but sometimes there really are reasons.
Exactly. Self-honesty is good for the soul, but it is a skill that needs to be learned. Often the hard way.lacktheknack said:Why do people always try to excuse failed attempts at ANYTHING?
Because it hurts to say "I screwed up".
