Why do you rage quit?

Because I play for fun, and if something stops being fun, I refuse to spend my time on it / in it (if its a game lobby)

i dont always quit in a wave of rage, but sometimes i leave if a match gets too cliche.
MW2(well, counts for all cod type multiplayers), for example, i leave if everyone starts sniping, everyone starts running around with akimbo 1887's or if the game actually gets to the point of ending via time limit.
though i 100% ragequit if people start cheating/glitching.
the one thing i cant stand in games is people who dont fight fair. it shows that you have a lack of skill and are using loopholes in the game as a crutch for your low skill. i suppose thats why i have this hatred for the XBL community, since most people on there consistantly use glitches and game vulnerabilities to full extent just to get one over on thier opponents.
i understand cheats in single-player, but they have no place in multiplayer matches.

I rage quit when some force beyond my control makes it absolutely impossible for me to win a game.

Ex: my entire team quitting, or the enemies spawn camping, or using absolute bullshit ways to kill me.

I rage quit on COD MW2 when I'm doing awfully in the game because I'm only a bit better than average, so the masters of the game always seem to be on the other side.

Or when there's way too much lag, which isn't real rage, just a bit annoying.

Any kind of gratuitous team-killing usually does it for me, although it's not really rage-quitting so much as....apathy-quitting.

Only time I did was on L4D when the other team kept blasting some annoying ass music across the mic.

The only time I ever rage-quit was when I was playing L4D with some friends. I was aiming to get the "complete a chapter without getting healed" achievement, but one guy wouldn't stop healing me, no matter how many times I ran from him or shot him in the face. Everybody else in the party laughed, I shut my xbox off and went outside.

I don't generally rage quit, unless I'm so bored and not having fun that there's no other way to fix it. That happens rarely.

I rage quit because once you're angry, it's no fun.

There's no point playing if I'm mad. It's a game, the point is to relax. Getting angry is the exact opposite of why I'm playing the game, so why bother.

I rage quit from spawn camping (be it other players or their air strikes), extreme lag (half my team gets stuck on the loading screen while I and a few others take on the entire offending team), and design decisions that don't make sense (being able to shoot through a meter of concrete but not through a steel drum, car frame, or aircraft wing).

To think all that happened in just one night!
