Super Mario Bros: The Movie. Seriously, I was 8 when I saw it and when I came out of the cinema I said to myself "Thwt was horrible. Expect everything to be shit until proven otherwise..." and with that, childhood optimism was replaced by universal disappointment with a hint of apathy.

Most of the movies named here did at least something right.

300, childish as it may be, had great visuals
Sin City had both acting and atmosphere
Tideland, while disgusting and disturbing, was also expertly directed and had great writing
Artificial Intelligence had a gripping story and great characters. And it didn't feature aliens, those guys are really advanced androids.

They may have flaws (and some have more then others), but in my opinion they are all far from the worst. Even the spawn of the deepest dregs of pulp cinema, which is a place where I dwell quite often, is at least entertaining.

There is, however, one movie that does absolutely nothing right. That movie is Epic Movie.

Worst: Epic Movie

Runners up are: Date Movie and Zombie Strippers.

Honorable mentions go to: Bride Wars and the Wedding Crashers.

EDIT: I totally forgot (blocked the memory) Epic Movie.

Worst: Don't Mess With the Zohan.

I was actually disgusted by how bad this movie was, and would gladly pay the same amount again and more to un-see it.

Gladiator. Russel Crowe is just awful.
I want you to die...
I want to help him die

And yes, my most hated movie has to be one me and my course did trying to illustrate the positiveness of friendship

Let it be said that during the filming I lost my wrists and during the editing I lost my mind.

Then during the show off I lost my virility.

I am so crippled.

I didn't read through the thread because I doubt anyone has ever seen this. However, the worst movie ever made was Heart Beeps.

For me its a tie between 300 and Sin City.

Both of them just sucked balls, they didnt entertain me even a little bit, 300 for its extremely childish way of telling a story and its rampant use of Slow-motion, and Sin City for its annoying "art"style, generally bad acting and craptastic story, though it did include an armed hooker mob...that it does get some style points for.
They see me trollin' they hatin'

Yeah if you aren't trolling, you're officially the worst critic on this board.

For me? Blair Witch Project. Hell, it wasn't even a good student film, it should've never seen a major release.
So im a troll because i didnt like a couple of movies that you liked...?
Yes. Yes you are. I'd go into the reasons, but it's easier to just say that you are a troll because I say so.
You do know that the only one who's been trolling here is you, right?

So if i were you i'd look up what a troll is before you start to accuse others of being one, cause a troll blaiming others for trolling is nothing more than pathetic.
No, for me to be trolling I'd have to be trying to provoke a reaction from someone. I'm not doing that.

And I did leave another option for you if read the original post. I said in different words that if you weren't trolling then you have no taste in movies. So if you genuinely weren't trolling by claiming 300 and Sin City (very popular movies amongst our demographic which makes me think you were trying to provoke a reaction) belonged anywhere NEAR the list of "worst movies evar" and you actually believe that, then fine you aren't a troll. You're just tasteless.

Protip: what I'm doing is called flaming, it's what you call the reaction most trolls are trying to provoke. Learn your internet terminology!

Twilight. I saw it 'cause my tween cousin dragged me along. Though, it's terrible-ness makes it almost amusing.

The Village.

1000 BC (I left the cinema half way through, leaving a group of about 10 friends in there and walked home)

It's a shot from the great 50's monster movie The Beast from 20000 Fathoms, showing the aforementioned beast attacking a lighthouse. To fit in with the March Mayhem I had Fanboy tinker with it.

It's lovely. No, really. I still think there's a deep physical attraction between said beast and the "lighthouse" tho'...

Every movie made by the makers of Scary Movie i.e. Date Movie, Meet The Spartans, Superhero Movie. Does anybody even find them funny anymore?
I mean yeh, Scary Movie 1 had it's moments, when I was 10!
Ahem. They made the greatest comedy movies of all time. Airplane! and The Naked Gun series. After that, however they seem to have been replaced by their evil twins.

If I were to put aside all of the British period-pieces my mom has made me watch over the years, and any/everything I've seen in Mystery Science Theater 3000, I'd have to say Mars Attacks! would be the movie I'd like to set on fire. I'm sure it was a spoof, but it was so unfunny it had me concerned that the people making it may have been serious. *shudders*
