Talking about the worst movie in general, I was forced to watch Norbit with people that loved it and thought it was hilarious. TWICE.
And then there was Max Payne, which, after I had seen it, promised myself I would never go to any movie until I knew that it wouldn't be a worthless piece of crap ahead of time.
If I can refer to a time when the movie was good but my experience in the theater was horrible, I had a nightmare of a time in Spider-Man 2. This four-year-old kid started reading signs and words on the screen out loud like it was a Hooked on Phonics lesson, then started going into hysterics anytime a fight scene came up (i.e. "Dont die, Spider-Man!").
