This, you'd just need to find a British equivalent to Ron Perlman.

Oh God, post-apocalyptic Moscow? I'm gonna need some Prozac to play that.
I think it'd be fun. I mean, what better than walking around Moscow in the snow while everyone around you is ghouls and are trying to eat your face...

The UK has it's own very distinct 50s culture which, come to think of it, is kind of similar to that of 50s US.

Does not exist. although I think Liem Neeson could be an epic narator in his Irish Accent

How about a change of pace, the twist is, we find out the EU wasn't really blown up because it developed the FF-project (force field) that surrounded the entire continent protecting it from any nuclear bombs, the aim now is to continue living on as normal :)

Amazing plot, so original.

America developed the worlds first Atomic Bomb, i highly doubted they shared the designs with the USSR but they made their own as well.
Well, funny thing about that, they sort of did... well, several people shared US technical information on atomic weaponry with the USSR.

While the Soviets were on track to develope the weapons anyway, this information did allow them to fast track several areas and skip some trial and error the Manhattan Project had to go through.

Still, the point does stand, just look at the number of other countries that have had successful nuclear weapons programs - India, Pakistan, the joint British-Australian program, the joint Israel-South Africa program, China, Brazil, France, mayyyybe North Korea.

so why couldnt europe develope something similar to the F.E.V?
I believe the canon answer is that Europe bombed itself to buggery.

Who says other countries didnt have their own supermutants? Noones very original when it comes to genetic engineering these days.
Well the fact that it was the US that developed F.E.V. I doubt Europe would also have it.

So no Super Mutants.
Its quite shocking how people dont realise that other countries can develope similar things on their own, America developed the worlds first Atomic Bomb, i highly doubted they shared the designs with the USSR but they made their own as well.

so why couldnt europe develope something similar to the F.E.V?
your not understanding though, Europe was in a far far worse state then the US was before the War and after, all the world was hit with nukes. Europe meaning that it probably was destroyed becuase of the war before the Great War.

i think Canada works the best as of being so different than dc California Oregon and Nevada plus the Canada story would tie in good with the previous ones also china would be completely devastated post war considering i sent 144 nuclear missiles there in fallout 3

1) Take Fallout 3.

2) Replace Washington DC with London.

3) Change all American references to British ones

4) Add top hats to all Super Mutants

5) Release game.

Done. I would play that game!

you could just set it here in ireland right now, seriously the way the country is now it wouldn't be to far off the capital wasteland.. probly better not set it after the nuclear war, i imagine the country would be in a much better state if it was run by super mutants. they'd look better on the money too.....

I really don't think a full Fallout outside of the US wouldn't work that well, it wouldn't feel like Fallout. An outside-US expansion/DLC off an existing Fallout game I think could work well though. Kind of like Fallout 3's Point Lookout, different setting with new enemies and characters.

They've already made it, it's called S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is Ukranian...

Also ROFL!!! LOL!!! @ the OP, so no other country in the world existed in the 50s but the US? How very American of you.
Wait what..? You know Fallout doesn't take place in the 50's right... Read up on the Fallout lore then come back to this thread...
