Why give it 8Gb of RAM but not mention whether it has a GPU? This has got to be fake.
Because the 8 GB is more impressive than the AMD Radeon 6670 that is rumoured to be powering it.
Granted they might put something better in but we will find out in time.

is it just me or does it looks lok like a Wii, but most importantly i hope there wont be a RROD saga again.
They'll probably avoid having a RROD by not having any rings and using a different emblem.

So we can look forward to a Red Dodecahedron Of Death by 2014.

Eh, I'm underwhelmed. I still don't think theres any real need to upgrade yet from the 360. 360 is still a damn good machine...

Bluray is a nice addition though.

This new "innovative" controller worries me. Why? The 360 controller is perfect.

Hmm...

Interesting.

I'll probably hold off on it for a while. Something that's going to have a Blu-Ray player installed is more than likely going to cost a pretty penny. At least, if the PS3 has proved anything.

So its a 4 core with hyper threading?

Not particularly impressed. Even with 8 gigs of ram, which I already have.
Yeah, this was my thought too......

I mean really? 8 gig? Sure RIGHT NOW 8 gig is more than what you need to have a good gaming experience.... But the 360 came out 7 years ago.... In 7 years we will all be laughing at the concept of a quad core ( even with hyper threading) with 8 gig.....

They had better think about doing that whole modular thing that was rumored a while back.

If they would eliminate the online play payment issues, I might consider going from PS to Xbox. Other than that, looks alright, but I'm skeptical until I see the product description in online stores.

Why does it need hyperthreading? Gaming platforms don't need hyperthreading, unless they are planning to implement photoshop on it.
If they program for it, which they will, hyperthreading will be a god send.
Reason why you don't usually see any improvements with HT is because the software isn't written for it.
