hey! that one was actually good! for the daytime levels of course, but anywho biggest dissapointment would have to be crash bandicoot twinsanity. they forever ruined crash from there on

me or him?? because twinsanity i just didn't like it because it just wasn't CRASH you know. it just threw out the whole level thing and replaced it with all fighting and stuff, plus wasn't hard at all. and my sonic unleashed refferal is only the daytime levels. PEACE OUT

Shadow Hearts From The New World!
I (almost) can't bring myself to say more, but I will. The first two games were awesome, funny quirky, often *ahem* adult in humour dark, sad and the judgement ring was great imo, also the ability to check how well you have done with in game stats (Times run away from battle 0 = won't run won't hide ) and so on.
Turns out Shadow Hearts really needed Yuri.........

Why?

Because the disc wasn't in the fucking case!

Bought a copy of KOTOR for PC (have it on Xbox) and it only had 3 of 4 discs :'( Only copy they had too!

Ouch, KoTOR really is a very good game. I recommend getting it if you find it anywhere.

I do have it, had for years on Xbox (as I mentioned)played it several times in fact I am playing it atm on my 360, but wanted it for the PC and it was dirt cheap at the shop! But yeah, you are right, it is a great game

Again as always for me, Mass Effect. Why? I got bored pretty quickly.

Really? I loved ME. At first I was the same as you, but one day I was bored, put it in my 360, and played for 10 hours strait.

I love ME too! Although I have recently put on a few pounds. But unlike emos and 14 year old girls I'll always love ME. No but seriously I got it only a few days ago and it is kind of boring at the start but once you become a spectre thats when the fun really begins.

In Unreal Tournament 3 when I found out that story gameplay was shit and basically the same thing as multiplayer

but multiplayer is cool though and thats why i bought UT3

All fighting? I think you have twinsanity mixed up with Crash of the Titans\mind over mutant. and even those weren't really all fighting.

Haze, I'm sure this has and will be said a million times but really how can you release a game this crappy, at least you could get full price back.
Also on the note of PS3 shooters, I was greatly disappointed in Resistance: Fall of Man, I haven't played the second though and I heard its and improvement. No I'm not a PS3 hater, I just hate their fanboys.

Tales of Symphonia 2. I loved everything in the first game and little to nothing in the second. Most of all the new characters. Who wants a whiny, spineless, sissy as a main character? Who wants an annoy fangirl as a secondary character?

Oddworld: Munch's Oddyssey.

I was a huge fan of the previous two Abe games and I couldn't wait for this first 3D Oddworld game. What I got was the most mediocre snooze fest I'd ever laid eyes on. Munch's Oddyssey is probably the biggest victim of the "2D to 3D conversion" era and it herrald the end of Oddworld Inhabitants.

Why did they ruin such a brilliant series!
I was in awe at the first screenshots of it on the PS2, and they were hinting that it was a fully funtioning world with Scrab stampedes etc. Oh the dissapointment. Apparantly Oddworld Inhabs are making a new game though. Hopefully a good one.

Fary Cry 2.

You have no idea how hyped I was for this game. When it finally arrived at my door I was hysterical. Installed it, started playing and after 30 minutes I felt like I was ripped off.

SERIOUSLY Ubisoft?! REALLY?! Missions halfway across the map, every single effing second you're stopped by some idiot in a car who starts shooting at you. The missions themselves are just "go there, kill that" most of the times.

And I tried getting into it. The next day I played for an hour and oh boy was that painful.

Lesson to self: NEVER get hyped for a game again...except Modern Warfare 2.
