Oddworld: Munch's Oddyssey.

I was a huge fan of the previous two Abe games and I couldn't wait for this first 3D Oddworld game. What I got was the most mediocre snooze fest I'd ever laid eyes on. Munch's Oddyssey is probably the biggest victim of the "2D to 3D conversion" era and it herrald the end of Oddworld Inhabitants.
Why did they ruin such a brilliant series!
I was in awe at the first screenshots of it on the PS2, and they were hinting that it was a fully funtioning world with Scrab stampedes etc. Oh the dissapointment. Apparantly Oddworld Inhabs are making a new game though. Hopefully a good one.
I think I still have some of that early footage on VHS somewhere. It had like a tribe of Mudokons walking through a sandstorm and one beating the drum at a bonfire. That made it look like the most amazingly epic adventure game. I actually bought the XBOX for this game alone.

What was wrong with Devil May Cry 4? I'm thinking about buying it.
Mostly because the game is repetitive. Seems like you've played through the game twice before you beat it once. It gets old fast. Trust me. Unless you really want to try it out yourself.

The only "cool" thing about it are the cut scenes, which were pretty bad ass.

If it was the video that also had Dark Cloud on it then I think I had the same one! It could have been so amazing. Apparantly due to Microsoft pushing them to release it they cut a good chunk of the game out. I swear there were teasers for it in Abes Exoddus too. There was a door to Vykers Labs with a coming soon board across it. Oh I wish they'd just redo it properly.

...Fable

I don't think anything more needs to be said
Am I the only person on earth who actually liked that game?
It's not so much that it's a bad game that is the fact that Molyneux promised so much more than was actually in the game. I enjoyed it but I was still disappointed by the lack of features he promised

Fallout 3, combat sysyem. I was actually hoping for it to be an improved oblivion combat system, but all it turned out to be was me hopping on a mutilated leg chasing people who had guns and DYING because my other leg took multiple hits from 20 different super mutants. Plus the stealth system is shit. Therefore 2 bad games: Oblivion > Fallout 3

Mario and Luigi : Partners in Time. To me it was such a dissapointment. The first game on the GBA, Superstar Saga, was awesome, but not this one. Hopefully this newest installment will be better than the second one.
I second this. I've played Bowser's Inside Story, and I think it's pretty good.

Fable.

Fable 2 (because I didn't learn my lesson the first time).

Mirror's Edge (good idea but lousy execution, plus the Esurance commercial-style cutscenes bugged the hell out of me).

But the all-time grand prize for I Wish I Hadn't Bought This goes, without question, to The Path.

Well obviously Fable II. Also, surprising, Batman: Arkham Asylum. The game was really, really, really good, but it would have been just as good if I had just rented it and played through the campaign in a weekend like I did when I bought. Now, I don't really want to play it over again, I guess I will trade it in or something...

Bought the Orange Box....it was disappointing realizing that I could get it for $9.99 after I spent about $30's on it.

Dragonball Z Budokai 2. That game was terrible from beginning to teeth gnashing controller destroying end.
Fable. Why did they have to lie to us about EVERYTHING that game would do?
Oblivion. YAWN!
