Wow, I'm not sure if I'm soft or just alot damn nicer than the rest of you. The only "rules" I have are very much contextual depending on who is in the car.
-Seatbelts, if only because the beeping on the dashboard annoys the fuck out of me.
-If there are non smokers in the car, be considerate, if the smokers outnumber the non smokers (unless the non smoker is my mum at which point a no smoking law applies at all times) smoke all you want but make sure the windows are down.
-I never have the heating or air con turned on, I much prefer the window down, if you request it however set the controls to your side how you wish and I shall turn my side off.
- Sleeping, eating, drinking are all fine as long as you clear up after yourself.
- I won't ask for petrol money if you're going the same place I'm going anyway, unless I have to make a special detour for you. (This mainly applies to people who sometimes need a lift too or from work, if they live in the direction I'm heading I don't care about money)
- Music: I understand my tastes are not to everyones liking however I have over 40 CDs in the car, find something you like or can tolerate and we'll put that on. If you dislike all my music then we shall listen to Radio 1. No other Radio station is permitted with the exception of 5 Live on a Saturday afternoon if you wish to listen to the football scores.
I understand it's my car but there's no point being a dick to people because of it, I try and be as accomodating as I can.
