(Amazingly, I haven't seen any threads about it)

Pretty simple. In the event of a zombie outbreak, what would your destination be?

Mine would be Alaska. Its cold, isolated, and I don't think the zombie virus could survive long there. Maybe I'm wrong.
I think the cold would make it impossible for the virus to spread in the event of an airborne infection, and the zombies would freeze up if there were any there(world war Z), however the issue with that strategy is getting food, and not freezing to death

Probably alaska as well. Somewhere way up north. They would probably end up freezing solid and therefore make them fail.

Also, More zombie apocalypse threads !! Yay

Iqaluit, the capital city of Nunavut, one of the provinces in Canada. Not only is it on an island, but it's frickin' cold. Too cold for zombies to not freeze. It's impossible for zombies to survive up there...so hah. I win.

I would head off to Iqaluit, Nunavut. Its cold and its on an island plus even is the infection made to the town there are only a few hundred residents so there wouldn't get to be too many zombies. only problem is supplies, without shipments from air, food would be scarce, and what could be gained from the land wouldnt be enough to support the entire town, but as long as I bring plenty of weapons I should be able to get my share.

BUT... thats assuming I can even make it there in the first place.

An oil rig off the shore of some Arctic-y place. It will be cold, which freeze most zombies, and they aren't so good at climbing so I'll be pretty safe.
Soooo.To Norway it is.

The nearest Oil Rig. There should be enough supplies there to survive for years. It's also completely safe from any zombie threat.

The nearby military base, pretty sure it's National Guard. Soldiers, guns, food, and isolation (it's in between two small towns, and surrounded by woods).

It would be somewhat difficult to obtain food, though. Also, everyone will be headed north. If you still decide to go there, though, call me up in PEI.

Yeah, this thread has been done a couple of times.

There are two realities for this.

Slow zombies: Pawn shop. Can grab weapons and ammo, and most of them have bars over their windows.

Fast zombies: I'd go to a fast food restaurant, most likely taco bell. As a tubby guy who doesn't do cardio regularly, I'm just gonna be lunch for the zombies anyways, so I might as well enjoy a taco while I wait for my inevitable demise.

i live about 30 minutes away from the biggest biological/chemical weapons research military base in North America. so either that's where the zombies started and I'm screwed, or I'm in the safest place in the world.

Greenland by boat because zombies cant swim and they have no body heat so they freeze in low tempeture enviornments also the doomsday vault is there with the seeds of litteraly every plant that is usefal to the human race inside in high quantitys all stored in a bunker that can withstand a irect nuclear strike and is sealed off so no unauthorized zombie access will occure

I would go to the school. As dumb as this sounds, there's probably enough frozen food to last a while in the cafeteria. Also, with all of the desks/tables, anywhere is easily barricadable. And considering I already have the weapons I want/need (.22 is light and portable +15 round magazine) I think I'll be ok. If I can't, for some odd reason (who besides me would go to a school during a zombie out break?!) I'll go to Giant Eagle.
remember the lessons from the zombie survival guide for example blades don't need reloading

isn't it obvious?

A boat off the coast and fish for a few weeks until all the zombies fall apart from decomposition
