Here's my first. It was from a topic asking in what way you'd want a particular game changed.
I'd take Devil May Cry 4 and make the entire game feel like the first twenty minutes.
EDIT:
And I'd make Soul Calibur more like Tekken.
Also, in the process of finding this, I discovered that The Iron Ninja joined on the same day I did. Odd.

EDIT:

Her- Do you ever wonder how metal detectors work?
That doesn't strike me as a very stupid question. Fantastically random, yes, but not particularly stupid. It comes off as more inquisitive than idiotic.

One question about the accents:

I understand how neccesary it is to give all the characters accents from different parts of the world. Some are well done, some are well done for charicatures, some slip a bit, and some slip almost all the time (Samus lol). Gannondorf however is a mystery to me, it sounds more like he's slightly hiding a real bx accent than trying to contrive one. Could it be that he's actually from my hometown? Or has it just been too long since I've been there?
I noticed that Luigi's accent dropped a hell of a lot since the first episode, this one sounded a lot like he's just adding "a" for a comedic "Oh I get it, Italians always-a speak-a like this-a" type thing.

But this series is far too good to nitpick, I love that most of the SSB characters have been giving a gritty, darkish realism. And it's funny that Luigi is standing up and being a man about this.

DDD was very well done, and so was the fight.

To 'Choosing the country you live in':

I currently live in England-wouldn't bother me staying here, not as bad as the media make everything out to be. Though it does seem to kind of just drifting along, not really progressing in anything.

If I were to live anywhere else, then I'd probably pick Cuba-fair enough it's pretty poor, but people actually seem to enjoy life, despite the hardships. Plus they only have about 50 days a year of rain :D

I no longer want to live in Cuba...

From that one thread about seeing how many pages any given phrase put into google image search you can go before striking porn:

"I got 42 pages with Guitar, until I came across a guitar shaped like a certain part of the male anatomy... [shiver]"

subject : red or blue team.

"the glorious red army shall crush you, we never sleep, we never surrender and we never die cause we aren't capable of such things, we are more than blood and flesh we are an ideal we are the endless will of the people and we are coming for you.

so be afraid you puny blues, your elites are all mortal, you are never growing ever weakened and we will fight till the last of you have begged for mercy and let his last breath vanish below our feet."

From: "What's wrong with number scores in reviews?"
7 Jan 2009 8:26 pm GMT
Cpt_Oblivious said:
Numbered scores for games have, like all thing, their ups and downs. Their ups being that they, unlike the review itself, cannot be taken out of context as so many things are these days. Their downs, however, being that they reduce all the time and effort of the designers into a score that reflects only one person, or a small group of peoples' view on it.
It also seems that it's helping to dumb down our culture along with abbreviations such as the dreaded lol and horrific stereotypes shunted into the media.

Overall though, it's a matter of opinion and that's mine.

My first post was in the thread "Your fictional persona":

I am usually being compared to doctor House because I know quite a lot about weird diseases(I guess that at least from most people's point of view), I am mean and cynical, And I treat 99% of the people I meet as lumps of useless organic material that steal my oxygen.
