Little creatures/animals that help the main character in a serious anime that are really annoying. You know what I'm talking about, they say stupid things and get punched constantly and they stick around.

Where little kids help the hero...Like Sonic X. I can run Mach 10 kid go away.

In extra long series like Naruto, Inuyasha, Bleach, etc. in which the Big Bad keeps getting to live despite clearly being defeated in several crucial battles. Jesus christ, just let him die and use a new villain.

Hmm . . . what is my most hated anime cliche.

These are not ninjas

These are not Death Gods. . . well okay I don't know for sure but I always imagined shinigami to be more scary looking.

and these are not pirates
Those are not cliches.

OT: My most hated cliche must be the "I'm on a different level than you! HARH HARH" -cue whoopass-

I know it doesn't really count but...
The fangirls. The "I know 5 japanese words" and "I'm so edgy I watch fucking NARUTO" and "Oh, thought provoking anime? That's for suckers. Now shut up and let me watch pointless crap" types. There's more, but you get my point. I don't fully respect anime as an art form, since for every one Cowboy Bebop, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Neon Genesis Evangelion etc. there's about 356 Axis Powers Hetalia, Death Note, crap like that. Sorry, Japan, make moar TTGL, THEN we'll talk.

Everything about it. The only anime I could watch now where I don't feel some shame are Cowboy Bebop, which I'm not really into, but I'd watch it if you forced me, and Bobobo-bobo-bobo, because its just so bizarre that it seems more like a parody of everything Japanese.
I hate Bleach with a fiery passion. I have no idea why its so popular. Nothing happens. Fights take 5 episodes because the entire time is spent talking about what is going on and having flashbacks. I hate the pervert jokes. I hate the boob jokes. I hate the generic high school formula. I hate the fact that most anime are the exact same thing. I hate the fucking awful fanbases. I hate anime in general.
Woo. Got that out of my system.

Ironic considering your avatar is from Gurren Laggen.
THAT'S NOT HOW MINDMILLS WORK! I mean, that's not what irony means. It means using the words with different meaning than literal.

Also, Gurren Lagann (..spelling, man) goes over the top the right way.
Well, irony isn't that strictly defined actually. As opposed to sarcasm; which would be what you described. I agree that it is ironic that you complain about Gurren Lagann while having a Gurren Lagann avatar.

Gurren Lagann is one of the best things to come out of Japan in recent years. Behind the over-the-top action (and fanservice) is actual meaning, something most anime lack. I love TTGL:) Similar with Cowboy Bebop.

The reasons in this thread combined contribute to me not being even slightly interested in Anime series.
A pity. There are a lot of great anime out there that does not abuse these cliches, and you're missing out if the fact that some anime does abuse them makes you not want to watch any at all.

For a minute there, I thought you were going to complain about the shinigami in Death note...

ridiculously big boobs for no reason other then ridiculously big boobs. I mean imagine if they replaced the ridiculously big boobs in bleach with character development.

The speech that always is said During a big fight about how the evil guy can never win because he doesn't have love and friendship on his side.
God I hate that speech.

Giant military robots, piloted by 12 year olds. What military outfit would put something like that under the control of a kid anyway?

In fact, this reminds me of an article ran in that Newtype USA magazine where they were interviewing the creator of some anime. In this anime, humanity was fighting against some alien race and for some reason, only the women actually fought in the war. The creator stated in the interview that if humanity was fighting against an alien race, it is obvious that only the females would be called to arms. Now, I'm no military strategist, but if you were fighting an alien force, you'd surely want everyone possible fighting for the cause, not just a portion of the population? He didn't even any explanation of why this was so "obvious".

Still, if everyone followed those ideas, we wouldn't have a Master Chief, which wouldn't be much good for humanity.
