If it's a male character i'll usually use Corso (Italian for run) which was shamelessly taken from a film called The Ninth Gate.
If it's a female character i'll use Jade. Which was shamelessly taken from Mortal Kombat 3 (or 2 if you unlocked her).

I have also just got a ps3 for christmas.
I got Uncharted 2, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Little Big Planet.
So far I've had an excellent time with all three games.
Especially Uncharted 2, I loves itses. :)
The N.O.L.F series (No One Lives Forever).
The whole feel and style of these games was awesome.
It was like Goldeneye mixed with Austin Powers.
Very funny dialogue mixed with FPS/stealth gameplay.
To bad Contract J.A.C.K helped kill the series (that's an assumption but man did that game suck).
Yeah that last part wasn't meant to be taken seriously. I'll just say high pitched voices don't sound very good when you're trying to shoot people, who are in turn shooting at you.
It's like having someone poke you in the sides whilst you're trying to drive a car.
People that piss and moan about campers, who also like to camp.
That and loud youngsters with high pitched, squeaky voices. You should be 15 and over to be able use a headset!!
First game played? Super Mario Bros on the NES when I was about 4.
First game owned? Alex Kidd in Miracle World bundled with the Sega Master System when I was 5.
The Master System was awesome in it's day.
Alex Kidd was the first game I had when I was about 5 years old.
It was the first game to get me into gaming. :)
The solo campaign was excellent (though short) and (without giving any spoilers) set us up for another brilliant Modern Warfare game.
The amount of weapons is excellent in single player. The Winchester 1887 shotgun was a nice suprise.
The plot twists in the game keep you guessing.
