So, his parents continue to overfeed him like a pig because he cries when he doesn't get more food? I don't know much about kids, but throwing temper tantrums is what three-year-olds do. I hope he gets help in a similar way as the cigarette-addicted toddler in Indonesia, he needs some intervention from his parents' abuse.

I understand what you mean, however the kid being paraded around like a freak show as you put it could be a beneficial thing. The media attention will result in more people knowing about the child, which may result in a negative backlash towards the parents who will then get their act together and begin to properly take care of their child. Trying not to sound racist, but can he actually see? Like, I know Eastern people's eyes are different but still I can see their eye lashes. That kid got to be sick, honestly that is not healthy, it is not normal to be able to engorge that much food at that age. Someone send a British doctor to make a bad document for BBC and safe the kid same time... He needs help, like NOW!
Before I clicked the link I though he was going to be like all chubby but hes bloated. (THe reason why I though he would be smaller is because I use Metric system (kilos in weight))

Maybe they wouldn't be so scared of him if they didn't keep making him so huge he's going to eat them next if he's ever displeased. Seriously, look at that second picture, the poor bastard wouldn't stand a chance. He'd be a snack.
Then again, they could probably just be quiet and hide his food, considering he's literally too fat to even see properly.
I can't really give much sympathy to parents who know the damn problem and how to stop it (namely, their child resembles a ball of fat and will keel over from the combined causes of his stubby little legs giving out and his heart committing suicide out of disgust. Stop giving him food and possibly wear earplugs to ward off his shrieks of hungers for a while), and yet would need special help to do it.

He may have a leptin deficiency. Leptin is a hormone that has a role in satiety and metabolism. In these leptin deficiencies people often do not feel full after they have had a large meal, so it wouldn't really matter if they smack him when he is having a tantrum. It's not unheard of. However, they won't know for certain unless he gets tested for it by a doctor. What suprises me is that they have actually waited this long to try and do anything about it.CannibalRobots said:

That is the fattest child I have ever seen. That's just not right. I don't really sympathize much with the parents. The fourth picture seems kinda cruel. They just tossed the chubby kid in the pool and it looks like he's drowning.
Ah sorry, they were only temporary demotivational posters. Didn't want to upload them anywhere else. Both were of the picture of him in the pool.
