Bourne trilogy, you can't compete with someone who can beat the crap out of you with a newspaper.

Original Star Wars, otherwise. Or watch the entirety of Firefly, followed by Serenity. Not technically a movie marathon, but still awesome!
Trilogy? Lord of the Rings, hands down. If you can get all three extended editions, you've got 12 hours of watching material.
Other options would be like others have mentioned; Jurassic Park and the Bourne Trilogy. Also, Pirates of the Caribbean. People have most likely already seen all those films, but they're pretty cool as well.
Oh, and as a bit of an underdog, there's the three Underworld films. Probably not the 'best' trilogy ever, but if all company is into that kind of semi-supernatural stuff I'd pick it above the other options I've just named.

The 'Dollars' trilogy, Blade (the 3rd one isn't so good, but it's watchable. The 2nd is brilliant), the Bourne Trilogy, and what about the Aliens Quadrology?
By themselves they're not the greatest movies ever. Together they make the greatest trilogy of all time. THE LORD OF THE RINGS. Watch all three extended editions back to back.....You know, if it's an all day movie marathon.....cause you'll need all day........and a good Korma.
Lord of the Rings is the most consistent trilogy out there.

Lord of the Rings, I only liked the first Matrix, I don't like any of the original Star Wars films, i only like one of the prequel trillogy (the final one).

Go for star wars or die hard. Definately not Jurrasic Park as they have aged horribly. Also as I was scrolling down the comments I noticed a huge one that you missed: Back To The Future!
