Although, I have to wonder why a perfectly healthy cheerleader was getting a seasonal flu shot.
Because you don't have a full medical knowledge of the person they are showing. By definition I am perfectly healthly in fact I haven't missed a single day of work as a result of sickness in over a decade, yet I still get my seasonal flu injection. Why? because I am a diabetic and the potential issues that can arise from flu are not worth the five seconds of being jabbed by a needle.
Their also needs to be a more specific clarification on which flu vaccine she had, the Flu vaccine (seasonal) is very different from the Pig Swine Flu vaccine that is meant to be causing concern.
However the Flu Vaccine has been linked to a condition called Guillain-Barre Syndrome.
This is an auto immune condition that causes the body to attack it's own nerve cells outside the brain and spinal cord. This results in muscle weakness and paralyis. Now I dunno if THIS is what this girl has, only a qualified medical proffesional could tell you but the way she is walking seems to suggest some form of paralyis is going on.
As stated the human body is a weird thing and auto immune syndroms are difficult to diagnose and don't always attack the body in the same way, just look at the things Lupus can can attack.
