Avenged Sevenfold - First concert I ever went to, it was a pretty good show, though I was a bid dehydrated, and had 3 tests at school the next day. Aside from that, it was a good first concert as I was really into the band at the time.

Motley Crue - This was my second concert, and was one concentrated moment of awesomeness. It could have been because I got the tickets for free, or because I was high, or because Motley Crue put on an amazing show in general, but it was worth seeing.

Everything from here on are bands I saw at Warped Tour. For those of you who don't know, it's a big, day long concert with multiple stages and multiple bands.

Parkway Drive - Put on a good show, but I didn't really get into it that much, as I hadn't heard of them until seeing them. After the concert though, I did get into a habit of listening to their songs, as I found them to be a really good band.

Attack Attack! - The second most amazing show I've ever seen. These guys came on straight after Parkway Drive, and I got right into it, as they're one of my favorite bands.

Suicide Silence - Same scenario as Parkway Drive really. Didn't know them before the show, got into them as a result.

Bring Me The Horizon - This was the band I came to see. I was really worked up and excited for the show, and wasn't disappointed. It currently holds the spot of my favorite live show, and it was the most fun I've had to date.

AM Taxi - One of the more underground bands that were playing at Warped Tour. I hadn't heard of them before, but someone recommended them to me so I went to go check them out. They put on a really good show, and it was cool hanging out with them for a while after they got off stage.

Mayday Parade - Another band I was excited to see at Warped Tour. The show was pretty good, but I found lacked the high energy at the other shows I had been to, probably due to the genre of music being softer.

I also saw The All American Rejects and Sum 41, but that's because I didn't really have anything to do until the concert ended so I just picked a show and watched it.

Ive been to 3. The first two are rather embarrassing If you have heard of them.

-Steps - Don't remember much
-Busted - Don't remember much either
-Fall Out Boy - I loved it but i thought the supporting bands were pretty crappy.

I'm also going to see the Scissor Sisters in December.
Lol, I'm reading down a page of metal than come across Steps and Busted. Why don't you remember much?

It was 1986 and I saw Guns n' Roses open for Aerosmith. I was 16 and had the time of my life. How I ended up robbing a 7/11 convenience store after the show is a story for another thread.

Other concerts: Dio, Rush, Tool, Primus, Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer, Sabbath, Ozzy, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Van Halen, Quiet Riot, Bela Flek and the Flektones, Dave Mathews Band, The Brecker Brothers, Tito Puente, Heart, Alice in Chains, King Crimson, Soul Coughing, Matis Yahu, Monsters of Rock (bunch of bands cant remember them all), Sha Na Na, and just about every hair band that toured in the 80's INCLUDING Winger. Yeah, I said it!

Theres probably more...

Twisted Sister- Awesome
Motörhead- Not so awesome, Lemmy had the stage personality of a dead fish
Aerosmith- Kinda lame, but good enough
Guns n' Roses- I can't believe I used to like them
Amon Amarth- Epic shit
Dark Tranquility- Sweet as fuck
In Flames- Alright, but not my music
Rammstein- Words can't describe how awesome....
Danzig- Kinda lame, he played none of his old hits
ZZ top- Awesome
Sabaton- Really fucking awesome
Heaven & Hell (with dio)- Glad I saw him, was like one year before he died.
Flogging Molly- Was too hungover to remember. It rained

That should be all of the major bands I've seen.

I had tickets to see Muse, but they canceled their only concert in Sweden this year.

Some Country Group: I only went to drink and party a little
AC/DC: Awesome, one the best shows, perfect mix of old songs and new songs and tons of energy
Iron Maiden: Alright, it was their recent tour (Final Frontier) so they didn't play any older songs that the crowd knew and could move around and rock to
Warped Tour: Pretty good, especially Sum 41 since it seemed like the entire audience for the tour was attending them (because they were one of the last shows)

And I'm going to see Aerosmith and Stone Temple Pilots (Cage the Elephant is playing along with STP) so hopefully those will be good shows

I do quite a few music festivals (Mostly Glastonbury, Reading (I live there) and Isle of Wight) so I've seen a LOT of bands. My top were

Bruce Springsteen - Glastonbury 2009. Fighting to get to the front, touching him made me happy. He's my hero.
Nine Inch Nails - Reading 2007. Were indescribably awesome. Just wow.
Blur - Glastonbury 2009. So happy they reformed, blinder of a show.
Radiohead - Many times. Amazing amazing tear inducing.
Arcade Fire - Reading 2007. See Radiohead.
The Strokes - Isle of Wight 2010. Another blinder of a reunion show.
Paul McCartney - Isle of Wight 2010. Need I say more?
Stevie Wonder - Glastonbruy 2010. Man's a legend. Brilliant, great atmosphere, great music.

What bands have you seen live, and describe the concert.

Blink 182-they were OK, I mostly remember banging a chick after the show.
Sonata Arctica-It was fucking awesome!
DrangonForce-........I walked out half-way through (it was terrible)
Rush-One of the best concerts I have ever been too
GBH-I blacked out
Iron Maiden-It was insanely epic (it was Rock in Rio 2003, a time to remember)
Are you sure it wasn't GHB you blacked out at?

NIN with Queens of the Stone Age- NIN were good, but boring, since everything sounded pretty much exactly like the album version, only louder. QotSA kicked arse though.

Flogging Molly- Completely awesome. Tons of fun in the mosh pit, all dressed in green for a March show.

Mastodon- Rocked my face. Brann Dailor must be seen to be believed.

High on Fire- Openers were rather dull, but Matt Pike and co. are powerful live. All grit and thunder. I loved it.

Nice, that GnR & Aerosmith show would have been sweet. And King Crimson and Satch too? Put me in the jealous column.

kay lets see:
Dragonforce: Was epic because they sucked so hard.
Metallica: Amazing one day festival, supported by a local band, Mastadon, Avenged Sevenfold and Alice in Chains. But the bass was deliberately turned waaaaaaay up on them.
Opeth: That band has the most surreal and awesome atmosphere when they play. Coupled with the god-like aura of Mikael's presence and skill as a musician, it was a night to remember.
Iron Maiden: Awesome concert, so much sweating from the press of the crowed but it was badass. It was kind of ruined because I knew their entire set list + encore.

Yup, twas good.

I'm seeing them at the NIA in Birmingham.

They're doing some huge tour with the likes of Buckcherry and it's sponsored by Rockstar energy drink.

A few, including The Who and Foo Fighters which are pretty good additions to a list when you live in NZ.

I'll always catch a Shihad gig if I can though. These guys are fucking brilliant live and one of their gigs is always a blast.

Well...
Apocaliptyca was very special event for me;
The Bloodhound Gang were... nasty, dirty and crazy! I loved the bastards.
And this winter I saw Guano Apes. Epic.

And I used to listen to trance music, and I've seen some pretty impressive live performances: SUN Project, Astral Projection, Infected Mushroom...
Hoping to see 30 Seconds To Mars one day.
