Magnus turned and saw Mr. Pokemon cowering against a couch. Magnus helped the man up, sitting him down. Magnus went back into the back room and found that Brandon was explaining what was happening to Mark, with Eric not knowing what was going on.
"Let's go." Magnus said to the group. "We're leaving."

Duncan ran up beside Magnus as they were leaving Mr. Pokemon's house, "Alright man what the hell was that? That was three Rockets there, and they recognized you. You mind telling me what's going on here?"
"They didn't recognize me, Duncan... At least not fully." Magnus told Duncan. "In my journey through Kanto... I made enemies with Team Rocket. I struck at their heels where they went, and even defeated their leader. They killed and wounded friends of mine... And even tried to kill me. As far as I know, there's still someone after me. Those of you from Kanto know what I'm talking about. You remember Team Rocket's takeover of Saffron, their seizure of Lavender, and their failed assault of Celadon. I was there... I was the reason they went after Celadon.."
Magnus sighed, and looked at his fellow Trainers.
"I had hoped not to run into them here, but it seems that fate has different plans for me." Magnus said with a groan. "Look, it would probably be best if you just left and we went our separate ways. I don't want to be responsible if something were to happen to you. But I won't force you... Just know that you'll be getting yourselves in deep..."
Magnus sighed, and looked at his fellow Trainers.

"I'm not going anywhere." Sylas said defiantly, "If these are the same bastards who assaulted my town, I'm looking to hit them where it hurts."
I'm just rolling with it at this point. Can one of you give me an estimate of what page of the original this seizure happened at? I'd like to know what Sylas is so pissed about.
"If you think I'm just going to let you take on all of them by yourself you must not be thinking properly." Mark stated. "Me and Combusken have your back, and I'm sure Heracross will too."
If I remember my pokemon game playing days correctly Team rocket just loves normal, poison, and dark types and fighting kicks the crap out of normal and dark so I should be rather well set

Duncan clapped him on the shoulder, "Fuck that bud, you seem like way to good of a guy to consider ditching to those bastards. I'm coming with you, even if its to the Rocket Base and back."
Magnus was glad to have the support of his new friends. Elena and Aiofe didn't say much, but the determined looks they had were affirmation enough.

Right before the group left, Magnus apologized to Mr. Pokemon for messing up his living room with the Pokemon battle. The older man said that it was nothing a quick cleaning wouldn't fix, and sent the young Trainers on their way.
As the sun began to set, the group saw the nocturnal Pokemon beginning to stir. The Spinarak began to descend from their threads, hanging from the trees; Hoothoot flapped from the branches, beginning their nightly hunts; Zubat could be heard screeching their echolocative cries; and Rattata were scurrying about as well.
"Alright..." Magnus said to the group, stopping below a cluster of trees. "This seems like a good place to set up camp for the night, don't you think?"

Eric shrugged, ducking under a web so as to not disturb the Spinarak sitting on it.
"You're the expert."

"You're not scared of a few Bug-Pokemon, are you?" Magnus asked Aiofe as the group began to set up camp. "They're practically harmless. Sure, you'll end up with a nasty welt if you get stung. Other than that, they're not dangerous... Unless you're allergic."
Magnus began to set up his tent, and then turned back to Aiofe.
"I've got some Repel that you can use... Should keep them away." Magnus said to her. "It's in my bag, in the middle-pocket."

"Really? I'll pay you back." Aoife said as she walked towards his bag. Hesitating before opening it, she turned back to Magnus. "You sure?"

"I guess I came rather ill prepared for a trip through Jhoto, no tent and no sleeping bag so who want's to share?" He said looking around at each person in the group, trying his hardest to suppress a hopeful grin when he glance went by Aoife.
Wasn't trying to be creepy with that, but what 17 YO guy wouldn't want to spend a night in a tent with a pretty girl?
Duncan looked Mark with a look of disgust, seeing the look he gave Aoife. He walked up to him and threw an extra sleeping bag to him, "You're lucky I bring two on every hunting trip I go on."
He walked a little closer, "Be sure to make sure you're completely obvious," he added with a smirk and a hint of sarcasm.
